The hotel was located at the center of Brussels, literally around the corner of the central station and at about 3 minutes walking distance from the Grand Place. The square in front of the hotel was lively with a local market at the weekend and many local restaurants. The room was clean, the bed was comfy (double bed for a couple) and the staff was nice and accommodating. Getting extra towels and toilet paper was also no issue. There was only one small error with our booking, but the staff handled it professionally and quickly, so there was no inconvenience at all. The hotel is also making an effort to make your stay green - if you're staying for a couple of days you can put out a sign so they won't service your room every day. For every day that your room doesn't get serviced you'll receive a voucher which you can exchange for drinks at the reception bar.

Unfortunately, there was no hand soap or shower gel in the dispensers when we checked in, but the staff refilled them when we notified them.

Great location, very close to the interesting sights in the town center. The room was large and the bathroom was good. Andrea checked us in and was very amiable and helpful in answering questions we had about where to find things.

The only thing I didn't care much for was the "green clean" program they offered. The idea was, like many other hotels worldwide, to forego washing the linens in the room every day. When we signed up for it, I thought they would just not change the towels and bed sheets. But instead, as far as we could tell, the maid didn't even enter the room or clean the bathroom, replace the dirty coffee cups or empty the trash. So, even the free drink they offered didn't really compensate for that.

Excellent location right next to Central Station and 3 mins walk to Main Square / Grande Place. Staff at reception were very friendly.

Bathroom needs a bit of a makeover. The wood on the bottom of the bathroom door was flaking away due to contact with water from the shower. The shower tray was a bit dirty and scuffed from excess use. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor because the shower curtain does not go all the way down onto the ground. I also felt that the shower curtain was old and cheap and needs replacement with a new one, or better still, a new glass door.

This was approx our 8th stay here & we keep coming back because of the location - 1 minute to the Grand Place & lots of bars & restaurants in the area. The staff are also very efficient & friendly. My husband always enjoys the complimentary sweets in the foyer.

It’s was our 8th stay & although we still like the property, it is looking ‘tired’ - it needs a refurbishment. Paint work is tired, bathrooms older (although great shower pressure).

Everything, from the staff to the room, which they gave us an upgrade for free. It was a perfect night rest pre Tomorrowland. The location was great. Near Brussel-Central. Everything was great. Will go again in our next Tomorrowland.

Nothing, just a heads-up advice, if your walking with luggage from the station, go through the street even though it is longer (not what Google Maps says), we went through a plaza with was for us like quadrillion steps.

The hotel is in a great location on Brussels’ Grassmarket and is an easy walk to the Grand Place, Central train station and lots of shops and restaurants. On our arrival the staff at reception noticed that one of us had a birthday coming up and upgraded our room to one with a sitting room and a balcony with a great view. On the second day of our stay we returned from a day of exploring to a bottle of cava, some pastries and fruit and a lovely note. Those kind and thoughtful touches made our stay very memorable and we would like to thank Ovidiu in particular for his kindness and thoughtfulness.

The team was absolutely incredible. Not only did Laura greet us with warmth and generosity, but she made an incredible arrangement for my mother's birthday, including cava and snacks which I'd requested. My mother was so suprised and it made her visit very special. Then Laura even checked in with me via phone to ensure everything was suitable in the room. Then on departure, we met Florin, who was super helpful and saved us time and money on booking a cab by explaining to us that we could take any train into Bruges and there was a station around the corner. He was incredibly kind and helpful! Both team members we interacted with made us feel like a priority! They both deserve pay raises! :) Lastly, the location and the and view from the room was incredible. Espeically at night, the view of the Grand Palace lit up was absolutely stunning! The photo attached is taken from our window! Thank you for such a great stay!

Location was perfect in the centre of the 'old' city and near Central Train Station. Breakfast was especially good with the availibility of Gluten-free products. Room was sufficiently spacious and clean. All staff encountered; on the front desk, at breakfast or housekeeping, were friendly and helpful.

We had experienced problems at this hotel prior, the staff went over and above to ensure that this stay was very comfortable & we appreciate this very much. We had a lovely time, were given a brilliant room which catered for our special needs & when I injured my foot, the Reception staff assisted kindly and all went very well.

Great location, 2 minutes walk to central train station, right at the central with lots of restaurants, 2 min walk to Grand Place

Could be noisy at night , people get back from bars early morning… also trash trucks start early morning and crews clean the streets. 2nd night had ear plugs all good, that’s also part of the experience.
