We had a great experience in this hotel. It's super close to the center square, which was so handy. The place was really clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a bunch of yummy food and drinks to choose from. Definitely a top choice!
One small thing that stood out was that even though we chose the top floor, we had to climb stairs from the 5th to the 6th floor. It was a bit tricky with our luggage, but honestly, it didn't really mess up the awesome time we had.

Great Ibis hotel. Very clean. Staff were all excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Room whilst on the smaller side for an Ibis it certainly wasn't the smallest we've stayed in and was a comfortable size. Location was fantastic, very close to central station and all the sights in Brussels Old Town area. Lots of food choices very close by. Aircon in rooms so didn't have to have windows open if you don't want to. Breakfast was a good selection and was kept replenished by some very good staff members right up to when they stopped serving. This is the 5th ibis we have stayed at this year and was probably the best. If you're looking for one in Brussels then pay the few extra euros and stay here rather than the Gare du Midi one which is very tired and location is poor! All in all very happy with our stay.
Nothing. All was very good.

The location was excellent in the heart of everything and the decoration was great.Very modern hotel, lovely staff who very helpful and friendly.
The negative thing was that the rooms were very small.I had a twin bedroom and me and my 25 year old son couldn’t walk properly in the room and kept on knocking into each other by going to the bathroom and had to give way to each other every time we moved around to get our stuff. That was a pain. The other thing was there was no kettle in the room for tea or coffee and they only had kettles in the premium rooms and not standard room which was just unfair as even normal hotels have the facility for tea and coffee.

Location Location Location....Central for a great selection of bars and restaurants, Grand Place, Cathedral, public transport, sightseeing bus, shopping. Front bedrooms overlooking square with fab view of Palace spire, which had a wonderful light display to music each evening. Breakfast plentiful and good standard. Staff were pleasant and helpful
Bath towels postage stamps and quite thin, pillows to soft and flimsy, tea, coffee , milk etc not refilled each day in room and paper cups!!!! Also paid for premium room but small, compact, not alot of storage space , think premium was more about the view than facilities. As with most cities, beware of pickpockets/thieves....one came into breakfast at our hotel, sat on table next to us and fortunately the ladies husband spotted him as he tried to take her phone from out of her bag!

Amazing location, very close to the central station, 2 blocks away from the Grotte Markt, and restaurants just outside the hotel. It is comfy and pretty, very nice optional breakfast buffet.
The room was a little too small, and the receptionist asked me in which level would I lile to stay, I replied the one with the best view, so he suggested the top floor. Little I knew the window looked towards the next building’s side wall, and to see the city view, I had to lean forward the window. Overall, good experience.

Property is located in the heart of Grand Place. A 5 mins walk to Brussels Central Station and a 3 mins walk to the Grand Place. Most of other attractions are within walking distance so we hardly take public transport. Plenty of food options nearby from waffles, bars and asian restaurants in the area. Many shops selling chocolates and souvenirs nearby. Breakfast at the hotel have plenty of options and were tasty. Rosa, the check in staff, was exceptional and kind. She was very helpful when we experienced a baggage delay due to the airline’s fault. Allowed us to drop off our luggage as we toured to another city. Bed was comfortable. There is a kettle and hair dryer in the room that we stayed in.
We booked the premium double room so the room has kettle with tea and coffee refills. Room is small hence we had a hard time opening our big luggage. If your room is facing the Grand Place, it can get very noisy especially in the early morning as trucks and other vehicles enter the area. Shower strength is pretty weak and not very hot. You have to request amenities (ie toothbrush)from the check in staff as they do not offer them in the room.

Breakfast was good. Many options, including chocolate of course. Location was also convenient and close to the train from the airport, etc.
The stairwell floors are locked if you don’t have your room on that floor, which is annoying for groups. The people who stay on the 6th floor have to take the elevator to the 5th and walk up from there because the elevator doesn’t go to the top. Good that there is luggage storage but it’s done in a tight locker area that isn’t always easy to lift big heavy bags in and out of.

5 min walk from the Central Train station. If you’re planning to visit Ghent or Brugge, it’s perfect. The airport train also stops here. Many eateries around the hotel to choose from. For security reasons, I like that hotel room key is also needed for use of the elevator.
My room had a thin pad overlaying the mattress. It shifted during the night so that in the morning it no longer was laying square on the mattress. This was just weird to me and not a point I would use not to stay here.

We had a good experience in this hotel. It was comfy and it had a very good space, besides it had an elevator. The style is also good. basically you can go to many places by walking.
When we arrived there was a girl who was not very friendly at the reception. She gave me only one ID card for the room and there were 3 of us.... at that time it was indifferent for me (my fault) I thought they only provided 1 but later we had to request another 2 cards. The guy was so helpful.

The location was fantastic - close to the train station (less than 5 minute walk), and one street over from the Grand Place and all the restaurants and shops in the area. Also close to the start of any tours. Incredibly convenient place to stay. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Windows could be opened, but when closed it was quiet and we were on the front of the hotel.
There was no safe in the room and no fridge - both would have been useful. The pub in the hotel didn’t offer any food which was odd, and it certainly wasn’t busy either. Some simple food options would be helpful. The bath/shower combo leaked water on the floor - the seal where the glass wall met the bathtub wasn’t tight or effective.
