What a magnificent hotel! I came to admire the beautiful Art Nouveau décor and indeed it was worth the trip. The house is beautifully renovated, there is a huge garden and a cosy lounge. I also liked my room under the roof. The breakfast is excellent (with homemade jams) and varied. The two hosts are warm and friendly people and one can only wish that they can continue to run this special house for a long time. The Het Leen forest park is a quarter of an hour's walk away, and there is plenty to do here (hiking, cycling).

The pillow was not very comfortable - but that is, as always, a matter of personal preference.

The privately run boutique hotel makes the heart of art nouveau lovers beat faster. There are many decorative details to discover and each room exudes its own individual charm. The hotel is run by Windy and Tomas, whose sense of service and passion can be felt throughout and is refined with a pleasant touch of warmth and humor. The breakfast is enriched by products of their own creation (jam and yogurt) and paired with the wonderful garden view it's a wonderful start to the day. We enjoyed the time out very much and wish you the best for your heart project.

Beautiful building, lovely garden, nice & comfortable interior, beautiful stained-glass windows, beautifully renovated bathroom, incredibly friendly people that own and manage the property

The bedside table fell off the wall when we got into bed, but we had a good laugh about it. The street at the front of the house is quite busy and not the nicest view, but this also means the property is very easily accessible. In any case, the highs very much outweighed the (insignificant) lows. I would definitely visit this property again!

The house interior is very nice, has some authentic vintage spirit. It was quiet, despite the road in vicinity. The owner was very friendly, kind and helpful, and fixed a small misunderstanding about the room reservation to our full satisfaction. There is garden in the back which is quite nice for the morning tea, and listening of the birds. There is internet connection with good speed. The cosmetics in the room (shampoo, soap et.) are Rituals. The room was clean, and smelled good. There was a smart TV with plenty of TV programs. In front of the house there is a parking place big enough for all the guests.

Brand new modern apartment in beautuful Authentic building. Thomas & Wendy, the owner were very friendly and informative to try their best to meet our needs. Excellent Mattress. Plenty of parking spaces. Nice supermarket right next door. Excellent Italian restaurant within 300 m. (Good price & Excellent quality)

The hotel is located in a very nice little town with enough restaurants and old architecture for a nice walk around. It's close to Brugge and Gent. The hotel itsself is absolutely stunning, all the old details are very nice preserved . The owners of the place run the hotel with their heart and soul. It's a pleasure to see these kind of places still exist. The breakfast is also stunning and completes the wonderful experience. We will go back anyway.

Amazing couple running the place, very kind and helpful, beautiful restored villa with unique details, large size garden, close to shops if needed, great breakfast.

We got 2 very big rooms for us and the kids, but on the basement floor, maybe because we asked for the rooms to be close together, so not much air came in the rooms. But otherwise the rooms were fantastic.

Thank you Windy and Thomas for this wonderful experience at your peaceful beauty of a hotel. We felt truly taking care of and hope to visit again soon. You helped us organize our bikes, brought our dinner order up to our and served us a incredibly nutritious homemade breakfasts in the morning. We couldn't have asked for more! Big room, big windows, smartly designed, cozy sitting area inside the room where we could have breakfast on our own pace, amazing bathroom, very pleasant overall decoration, very flexible and helpful staff with excellent room service. It was a great experience.

Walls are not good to isolate sound, so you can really hear other guests (not a big problem, but not perfect either, perfectly manageable). Good isolation from street noise though.

Wonderful place with very friendly, welcoming hosts. We stayed as it looked very beautiful and comfortable (it was) and there was free and easy parking available. We were easily able to get to where we needed to be at the coast in the morning.
