The Hotel Louise is in a very convenient location, it is very clean and the staff were all friendly. my room was massive and overlooked Avenue Louise. Using the public transport was very easy and it’s very efficient

I however did have couple of problems, these were: 1.) WIFI: The signal wasn't very strong and I kept losing it. This wasn’t a problem with my iPad as now I’m home everything is working perfectly. 2.) Air Conditioning: I was lucky enough to enjoy good weather whilst in Brussels. However i found my room quite warm. Although I put the air conditioning on its lowest setting, it was really ineffective. Opening the windows was not an option, as the room overlooked Avenue Louise, it was fairly noisy, trams mainly.

The day we arrive was corresponding to the hotel re-opening after a complete refurbishment. So the confort room we booked was completely renovated and nicely furnished with large size. As the hotel informed us that there was some issue with the air climatization system they kindly offered us a free breakfast during our stay. The breakfast was good enough for the class of the hotel. The hotel position is very good being on a nice area and close to public transportation and well connected.

Despite the major refurbishment the window and balcony door were not replaced (old aluminium frame and no double glasses). Therefore the noise and thermal isolation is quite poor. Also the doors in the corridor were causing noise at night. The bathroom was new but a bit small. The lobby is a bit minimalistic and cold.

The staff was very nice, the location was great (very close to tram and bus) and the rooms were more spacious than they seemed in the photos. I didn't heavily use the WiFi but it was realiable and with good coverage, even on the top floor.

It would be nice if there was some fruit for breakfast, in addition to the regular bread/cheese/cereal/etc. One other thing missing was a towel rack in the bathroom - there was no place to keep your towels in the bathroom, either the big ones for showering or the small ones to dry your hands with.

The hotel was located near my meeting venue and the room was very spacious! It was exceptional clean and quiet and the hotel staff was there for any kind of help. The free wifi worked perfectly, even for online meetings. I would visit the hotel again in the future.

The location was not in the heart of Brussels, so in order to move to the centre public transport was essential, which is very convinient in Brussels.

Nice spacious room with a very comfortable bed in a lovely neighbourhood and on a nice tree-lined street. Great view from my balcony. Busy street, but not terribly noisy. Some nice non-touristy restaurants close by.

It's does take both the metro and a tram to get here from Brussels Central Train station, but it isn't particularly difficult. The breakfast met my needs, but compared to other places with similar prices, it was merely adequate.

The location and the staff were amazing. We had problems with our air conditioning but the staff was very attentive and helpful.

I would have appreciated if the hotel had a personal care kit (little toothpaste) and maybe some hair conditioner in addition to the shampoo provided. Our room’s air conditioning was also not working. We told the staff, and they were really nice about it.

Cleanliness, bottle of water every day, coffee/tea making facilities. All the staff were super helpful especially when I checked in, given my very late arrival due to very bad weather. The area is lovely and the view from my bedroom was great. I had a front room with balcony. I would go there again.

Absolutely tasty breafast, lots of food to choose from. Room was very spacious, bed amazing, big and comfy. Everything modern and very clean. Bathroom also met all our expectations. Hotel was easy to reach, all staff members could speak english and were very friendly. We really enjoy our time in Louise. Thank you.

Nice spacious room with a big shower. Narrow balcony, but you can take a chair anyway and sit outside. Clean and nice place. Nice and helpful staff. Close to tram, shops and resto plus good price... what more could you want?😁

Breakfast could have some kind of salad and beans during the week as well ;)
