Poor internet access in the room

- View of aircraft and runway - Proximity to liege - Hotel entrance aesthetic - Room asthmatic - Pillow quality - Room convenience items (soaps, comb, normal hair dryer etc) - Fragrance of room soaps, body washes and lotion - Room Hot chocolate and hot drink sachet selection - Easy to open room for handle from inside - Shower water pressure and temperature

- AC control panel was inoperable during second night - kettle didn’t switch off when boiled - bed socket on window side bed didn’t work - no minibar - dirty/stained carpet in common corridor - non-opening windows - room was difficult to enter at first using keycard

The location was great for the airport with a two minute walk to the terminal. Car parking at the hotel was free. The food choice and quality was good. Tea and coffee masking available in the room. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff friendly

Having reserved a room with views of the airport I did not think a room looking in that direction on the 2nd floor merited the description. If advertising airport views please provide rooms on higher floors where the views are less restricted by the airport buildings

• Very friendly and helpful staff. • clean and quiet rooms • The location at 200 meters from the airport entrance is ideal for an early morning flight. • For 10 euro’s extra we left the car at the hotelparking which, in total, made the hotel + parking, very cheap.

The hotel staff were all very friendly, everything was well presented and the location was perfect as I was working at the airport.

The room had a stale smell, not bad enough to make me want to change rooms, as I wasn't there long enough to cause a fuss, but they could have done with a blast of air freshener!

I stayed here one night, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well. The triple glazed windows really ensure you have a good quiet night of sleep, without the noise of cars or planes. Convenient parking for large vehicles. Restaurant on site was okay for one night, not exceptional but convenient! Large elevators and luggage trolleys are a big plus if you’re traveling with lots of bags.

The bathroom was clean but could use a renovation, looks a bit basic and could be modernized.

The location was easy to get to. The room was very spacious with soft seating and very quiet. We were concerned about road and airport noise, but the room was extremely quiet.

Not much for walkable restraunt options, needed to drive to find reasonably priced supper. There was room service trays in the hall way that were there our whole stay.

We had only one night in that hotel . The restaurants were close because og thank giving day ( but i cannot understand how is possible it for turistic place like that...) At the same time the price was more expensive for the same reason...It doesnt make sense, Generally the hotel is good.

The worst note- there is not transport to Terminal 2 (in the description they didnt specify it ). It takes around 20 mins by taxi.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Conveniently located if you want to avoid city centre. Free parking available.

Breakfast area is a bit tight & can get congested. Rooms show their age a little & TV had no English Language channels other than news.

This is certainly a place where you expect quality and we were not disappointed. The staff were professional, our room was spacious and comfortable and since we arrived in a heavy rain, we appreciated that the heating was on in these difficult times.

The whole area around the highway was under construction so it was a bit of a challenge to find the right way in and out.
