10 stars Location (3 blocks away from the beach), plenty of options for restaurants, drogueria (farmacia), gym, crossfit, paderia (bakeryshop) and more. Also, staff was very kind, always guiding us to sense the best of Rio, their suggestions were the best all the time. The room has a balcony facing Rua Bolivar, which makes it perfect throughout the stay.

Although breakfast was included, it was the same menu the entire week we stayed (probably most people stay less than 72h) so for more than 3 days in a row was quit repetitive for me. If they could vary the menu every 3 days, I would have given them 10 stars evaluation.

Despite the fact that some things are outdated and in need of repair (switches, water taps, door handles, etc.) the hotel is in excellent condition. The location is just perfect, five minutes walk from Posto 5 at Copacabana beach. There are many shops, bars, restaurants, cambios nearby. Victor and Ricardo are the best receptionists I have ever met! You guys are amazing! Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff speaking good English.

Very noisy air conditioner

They catered to us, check in was at 2pm, our flight was early, they got our room ready by 12. Loved the snacks and drinks that was provided in our fridge. Front desk was very polite and help us with directions and stuff we needed. L9ved our bellman. Chef remembered us and thought me how to say my room number in Portuguese, lol. It was in all a wonderful experience.

Wish the pool area had a working bar, since they have the space for it.

The hotel in general is quite old structure, so it should be nice to renovate a bit the rooms, especially the air conditioner and the bathroom. No possibility to charge phones beside beds, this is a bit uncomfortable. WiFi not very powerful.

Big room with big bathroom and everything was working well. Location superb

It’s quite an old hotel, even that some part of it has been refurbished, still some things that didn’t make it practical, like having a lack of AC to charge phones or whatever, ac a bit noisy without a remote control.

Excellent service, staff really willing to help, only three blocks away from beach and many stores around, bakeries, drug stores, restaurants and bars. Breakfast super delicious and all what you want to eat. Great place to stay, I would come come back!

I liked the location, very well placed in Copacabana near restaurants and bars. the room was big and comfortable, and breakfast was fine. The bed was good and the room was clean
