Very good and copious buffet for breakfast. Very convenient location near the beach and near the metro. The room was spacious, the bathroom was also spacious.

There was a problem with the communication with the hotel desk regarding the towels. I asked for a towel for several days and only after three days did I get one, after I asked for cleaning the room.

Contrary to some other reviews, there were at least 3 people working check-in when I arrived. They were all very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They helped solve any problems and questions I had. The location of the hotel was excellent. I could walk easily to MULTIPLE beaches. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel 100% and also to book a full day tour of the attractions during your stay with Thiago Lemos (not affiliated with the hotel). His tour will pick you up from this hotel and was awesome as well. I also had no problem with the lifts.

The breakfast was Very good. The organisation was on point. The breakfast room was good cooled.

Cups and water glasses were pretty small. A little bigger one's would be ideal. I missed other fruits than just melons, ananas and Watermelon. I would also have liked bananas or apples. But overall the breakfast was very nice.

The location, the staff, its a budget hotel it ticks all the boxes. The staff in all areas of the hotel work incredibly hard, and are the heart and soul of the hotel, who really make the place work, so a big thank you to you all.

There seems to be a shortage of towels, getting a clean towel, could be a challenge. This is not a dig at the room attendants who were lovely, the can't give you towels if they don't have any. Management get more towels

It is a clean, comfortable, no-frills hotel in a great location near the metro and a few blocks from the beach at a very good price.

The elevators are often full and waits long when the hotel is busy. Sometimes elevators stopped on most floors, because people wanted to get in to go down even when the elevator was on its way up.

The breakfast was good and the location is ideal especially when you want to relax in the beachfront of copacabana.

It should be free of charge when you left your luggage while waiting for your room assignment.

I did not like the pool available at the hotel, but at the same time it's not really necessary to have since the beach is so close.

The breakfast was well-served and very tasty and there were sufficient places to sit in the breakfast room.

Needed more staff at the front desk as needed to wait in line for attention upon arrival - only one guy at the front desk at what was a busy time for people arriving. Also, the lifts were very slow to come and stopped at many floors even if people weren't waiting to board.

The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast every morning was great. It's also close to the beach.

Check-in was horrible and took 3 hours. They should stagger when people are able to check in or out so there isn't 50 people standing in line in the lobby. It's disastrous.

Excellent breakfast and dining room. Well situated to restaurants and the beach. Staff was, overall, courteous and helpful.

Beds' linens need some improvement.
