Location is amazing. Copacabana is the safest area for the tourists and this hotel is in the middle of an amazing streets of Copacabana area. Beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Price is alright. We had breakfast on our last day and it was really good for its price. We wish we had breakfast in the hotel from the beginning, rather than any of the places nearby. Reception was good. The receptionists who checked us in ( unfortunately cannot remember this beautiful lady’s name, apologises) was really amazing. She was very nice and hospitable. Room is clean. It seemed strange at first that their sink, bathroom and toilet are in different places. But we got used to it. Price and performance is always good in ibis hotels. Thank you for all.

Always sooo crowded. We needed to wait in the line around 40 minutes for check in. But this is not hotels fault of course. Basically, if you need to check in or check out on a spesific time, I suggest you to check the crowd and to it earlier.

Amazing price for the location (Copacabana Beach was a 5 minute walk), the room was clean, and the staff are friendly. There’s even a security guard by the front door/lobby so we always felt safe coming and going from the hotel. A front desk staff even went above and beyond by doing research and printing out the info for us when we were trying to buy tickets to a soccer game at the Maracanã Stadium!

Being a budget hotel, there aren’t many frills included. The room came with 2 body towels, but no face towels. There was no hairdryer or plastic cups to brush our teeth with. The hotel did not have a beach towel rental program so you’d have to either pack or buy one. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Loved this place! I'm a solo female traveler and felt very safe. You can't even use the elevator without a keycard, and the entrance is truly 24/7 staffed, which was wonderful since I was arriving very late. The wifi is amazing! I had an hour long Zoom call scheduled, and there was absolutely zero problem with my audio/camera running. The location is fantastic, just a couple blocks to the beach, metro is maybe five or six blocks away, and tons of food and shopping right outside. Wonderful staff, clean cute room, can't say enough wonderful things. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and service - the staff were extremely helpful and even changed our booking as we missed one night due to flight issues (so we didn’t have to pay for it). The facilities are very basic and the room is quite small, but it is a budget version so really can’t complain. :)

Wifi connection was strong and steady during a Zoom meeting. The hotel lent us an adaptor for free and conveniently sold water and snacks downstairs.

The room was a little smaller than expected. We realized there was another Ibis in Copacabana which was much closer to the subway station and just as close to the beach.

really friendly and helpful staff, room really clean and perfect location for a female solo traveler, something life 3 minutes to the beach :-)

all was good… as always you can’t leave the pet in the room nor take it to the breakfast area, but I’m used to that :-)

Both side table aren’t working, needing more bright light esp by the lavatory.

very clean, good service, breakfast we payed apart and was nice. Location it’s great…short distance by walk to Copacabana and also a bit further by walking you can go to Ipanema.

there is no parking very close for big cars specially.

Clean was clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Location to beach and restaurants. The front desk team were awesome. Clara and Sevana super helpful with great recommendations.
