Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location was great - 3 blocks from Copacabana beach. Had a view of the Statue of the Christ from the top (pool) floor. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good wifi.

Our room keys failed half way through the stay and we needed to have them replaced. At checkout, we were charged for a beer from our mini-bar that we did not drink. The toilet seat in the bathroom would not stay up by itself. :)

The location is perfect. Great shops, supermarket nearby, Copacabana's best part. I can say that after walking up and down Copacabana beach many times. Bed was comfortable. From the swimming pool area you have view to the Christ statue. This pool area was small, I had no chance to use it because of the the other guests, but was not a big problem. The breakfast was good. Before staying in this hotel I stayed for some nights in the Lapa area too. I think this split was a really good decision to get to know Rio.

I could not pay by card which is strange since I could use my card by all of the small street vendors too, so I think a hotel should be more prepared.

I had a late check-in due to a flight delay. I only stayed at the hotel for few hours but felt very welcome by the night staff, Marcelo. I specially liked the detox juice served at breakfast. I would prefer a room with natural light and some view but it was ok to put up with room 108 for a short time

Nothing to dislike.

Facility was clean, reasonable price with breakfast included. Close to Copacabana beach. Overall experience was good.

The lounge where the breakfast is served!!! It’s too cramped!!! The varieties of the food could be better, especially the orange juice. It’s not natural.

Staff are friendly and helpful, everything is so well organised, location is fabulous, breakfast is so good and prices are so competitive. I first booked two days, but because I really liked the hotel and felt comfortable I extended my stay for another 4 days.

Location is great, in the hotel was the guy on the reception speaking perfect english, after one month in Brazil i really appreciate it. Close to the beach. Pool is small but cute.

Noone clean our room during our stay. One glass in the room for 2ppl. Cannot do check in 1hour ealier.

Rooms are very dated but clean. Shower is great with hot water and good pressure. Wifi was good. Air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices but the room is always very crowded with so many hotel guests. The location is great and the price for this location is awesome.

It is very noisy between rooms. One was an adjoining room which was bad for noise but we could hear everything going on in the room on the other side of us too. Sheets had tears and towels are thread bare and need replacing. Also the bed was king but the sheets were queen so they never stayed on.

from our room on the 11th floor there was a beautiful view of the city and the statue of Christ, but unfortunately the windows were dirty, as were the filters in the air conditioner.
