The hotel and ski area facilities, the hotel staff particularly Polly who was so friendly and polite with us. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant and the attention and service were excellent. The hotel facilities and room were completely spotless and comfortable. We used mostly all of the facilities offered and they exceed our expectations. They have a transfer to Bansko town which was working at our convenience. They have a kid area which was very important for us.

If I would have to drop a suggestion, it would be, that the receptionist would have a better level of English and that the transfer hours would be more flexible for customers as they have a time band that goes until 4:30 pm during weeks and until 9:30 during weekends.

It was clean, the food was really good and the staff was really of a great help. Would definitely recommend this place as the spa is great, also it is a bit far from the city centre but you get a really lovely view and the staff is always ready to give you a ride somewhere if it’s during the day. The food in the restaurant, apart from the breakfast was excellent as well, big portions, okay prices and amazing taste, tho the menu is not really big you still have a great choice.

Breakfast was good. Tea and coffee, fruits, yogurt, cereals, sweet pastries, bread/toast, eggs, sausages and some deep fried options. The apartment is spacious, the bed and couch comfortable. The fireplace was excellent and really warmed the apartment up. The sauna and steam room were great.

The juice dispenser did not have 3/4 flavours. The knives were very blunt, definitely need sharpening if you want to cook. The bath/shower drains onto the bathroom floor before reaching the actual drain under the sink.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Wonderful swimming pool. Amazing room. Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast. It was just a wonderful experience to stay there. I totally recommend it. Away from the noise and crowds in Bankso. Amazing value for money. Actually didn't want to leave.

Everything was perfect. No complaints at all.

The apartment was very comfortable and super clean, with great views of Pirin mountain from the balcony. Really pet friednly- we traveled with our 20kg doggy, which we could take anywhere in the facilities of the hotel, except the swimming pool and the inner dining area.

It was very noisy in the evenings, sometimes till very late. The breakfast was very good, but if you want to have dinner in the restaurant, you need to go early, because the food runs out quickly and you might find yourself without any options to choose from.

The rooms are a good size and have heated floors. The breakfast and dinner were nice with a fun game room one level down where the kids could go play while they waited for dinner etc. It was wonderful to spend the day skiing and then come back and relax in the hot tub.

Slow service at the restaurant. It took over an hour to get our food each night. We were fortunate enough to stay in the same building as the spa but if you aren't that fortunate you would have to walk outside in your bathrobe to get there which would be very cold.

Nice apartment, fully equipped, awesome view to the mountain from the living room terrace. The food in the restaurant is very good, the breakfast is very diverse. Hotel is child-friendly, the pool is suitable for the little ones and there is a playground. There is an underground parking which is small, but comfortable for the car. Overall, the experience is good and we had a nice stay.

No nets on the windows, so flies could come in, but there were not many, and no mosquitoes as well. Also no A/C in the apartment. You have to pay for espresso (aside from Coffee Machine with Nescafe only).

Rooms were huge. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was tipical, good open options. There aren't a lot of options in the restaurant but everything we had was more than delicious.

Some of the furniture was damaged and then repaired (not good enough). The TV was really small for the big room and space from sofa. One of the rooms was really cold even with the heaters on.

The receptionist took reservation for the SPA centre from r a massage even when the customer clearly stated that he has got a cold which in the time of COVID pandemic one cannot be sure if it is or not actually a COVID infected person and yet they booked the procedure which is a risk to me so I did not took any massages as this risk is no it something I'd take lightly. The Gym is also not a good one- no peck-deck, no leg press, no rowing machine, no threadmill. Works only for those used to weight lifting only.

waiters were slow to clean up the tables, the room was outdated and bathroom not perfectly clean, last shuttle bus from gondola was 4:30 - not enough time to enjoy skiing
