The service and the accommodation were great. Great variety of food on all courses. The "All inclusive" option is really worth it when it comes to food and beverages. Rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. The staff is nice and responsive. Overall - it is a good option for families.

The waterpark was not working, although it was specified in the offer. There is no playground for children with slides, swings etc. There is a football and other sports playground but it is not suitable for toddlers or children between 1 and 3 years old.

Actually this hotel was closed when I came. But I got replacement in much better hotel.

Lovely location, helpful and polite stuff

No discipline and regulations at all during breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Our holiday was great. We didn't have high expections because of the reviews, but everything was ok.

Nothing

The position of the hotel is excellent. The view and the beach is simply stunning. There was no crowd on the beach but unfortunately the beach is full of plastic cups which are used for drinks (but that depends on guests that dont have a good behaviour). The cleaning lady was very nice and polite. The food could be better but I was happy and grateful that I dont have to cook so we were satisfied. There was always something to choose. We didnt expect too much for this amount of money but at least some basic things could be improved (such as broken toilet in our room, dirty staircase, even the letters on the hotel building are missing...).

1. The photographs of the hotel here on the Booking.com are probably 10 years old. Maybe even older. It is just heartbreaking to see that this kind of beautiful resort on some places is almost abandoned. It was a 5 or 4 stars resort maybe in 2005., but unfortunately not now any more. 2. In the aquapark only 2 slides worked. Other atractions are took over by plants. 3. Nobody speaks english. 4. Some od the employees are very very rude. It looked that they are mad because we were there.

the other tourists-loud,ignorant,don't obey rules, dont care about others.The hotel, when they dont care about guests leaving towels every day at night at chairs, expensive car park with extremely rude park attendants..

View of the room is amazing just endless blue water. The alley between Royal Park and Royal bay was good for family walks and the aqua park was good but there is no food in it.

There are too many things I didn't like. First there is no free parking - you have to park somewhere (in paid parkings) before the hotel and to pay 12 lv per day and to left the car key because there is unlimited car rearrange in the parking. Then you have to wait on the sun for a golf cart to take you to the hotel - if you are with two little kids this is not a good option. You can't park on the street as they claim because your car will be lifted by parking service. So the only option is just to pay. There is no free wifi - Wifi is available only in lobby of the hotel and only if you are able to join to the network. GSM signal is poor. Covid-19 measures are not met - nobody wears a mask in lobby, restaurant or elsewhere. Restaurant is bad organised only 1 machine for drinks and permanent problem with clean glasses to drink something. Many people touching the food with bare hands which is not acceptable even if there is no covid. Alley food - you have to wait too many for junk food. The staff is mainly from Ukraine and they doesn't know much words in Bulgarian or English. I'm Bulgarian in Bulgaria and I have to speak English just because of the staff. But what about my kinds? I understand that main guests are from former soviet union but I didn't care. The room I've booked was a maisonette with sea view and it was in bad condition as you can see on the photos. After complain by me they told me "that's it, it's okay" which is sad. For our 5 days stay we saw the manager only once - smoking cigarettes while arguing with other guests. Lifeguards and bellboys are missing. Only in aqua park I've saw lifeguards which means that sea shore is not guarded proudly claimed on few plates. In conclusion - this was my first and last visit of Elenite and all Victoria Group's hotels. I've been in many hotels and this hotel is not even close to 5 stars...

The staff was friendly but not competent

We got a suite for 4 people... Really bad condition It was not clean, we had alot of ants in the room everywhere, the toilets were disgusting... It was not clean at all, bed sheets smelled bad The beach was really dirty The food was horrible, I have been there 3 times and this year was a disaster.. Disappointing There were flies everywhere on the food, all meals were really really bad.......
