Excellent and cozy environment. Location near the beach … Just Perfect!

Beautiful scenery, rooms, beach. The buildings are impressive old fashioned style. It's our second time in this complex but first time with kids and we had a good time. Good for first timer all inclusive clients and to train kids to behave.

It's seriously rundown. Air conditioning can't keep up. Staff probably left during covid and there is nobody to change sheets, towels or to clean up the tables or to replace cups. Also there is no more donuts or popcorn booth on the beach sidewalk. The aquapark pools are partially closed and partially peeling off, kids should wear shoes at all times. Elevators too few.

Breakfast and the other meaşs are good, delicious.

Flies inside the building make you nervous. Drinks especially bevereges could be better, Coffee machines are enough but the Coffee and cream colud be better..

The rooms were clean but no fresh towels but it is a good location and good food

I asked the bellboy with the truck to help transport our luggage from the car park to the hotel, he replied no I am to busy and he was just sitting there in his empty truck. We had to carry all our luggage to the hotel. When I complained I was informed that the driver was head of security and there was nothing they could do.

The location of the hotel and the overall view of it is beautiful and luxurious. Staff were lovely and friendly. The steam valve in the shower is a lovely touch, never seen that before.

Half of the facilities were not working. Hot water in the rooms went off frequently, so you had to catch it at a right time to have a shower. We did go just before the closed for winter season but still expect to at least have hot water. Seethrough glass door to the toilet in the bedrooms is very bad idea!!! 🤣

Food no goog for me.

Elevator didn't work 2/4,the hotel didn't maintenance,time for lunch is very short from 13 to 14:30,small number of staff,no entertainment for tourists and the kids, don't have music on the pool,aqua park and in the lobby

Too little food and very dirty room and bathroom
