We stayed at a 2BR suite. It was great! There is all one needs - fully equipped kitchen with even ice in the fridge. There were toiletries in the bathroom. Beds were comfy and balcony had a nice side view of the sea. Location is couple of mins walking from the central area and the beach.

All good - just some minor recommendations: - Each room had a TV but none in the dining area,and cables were too short to move the set - might consider having one there for music or taking a look at the news while getting some food done ;) - If possible it will be great to heat up the water in the pool so it can be used in Sept as well :)

Great hotel! We've been there before and now was our second time staying there. The rooms are spacious, clean, the terraces are big and the view is great. It's located next to the center and the beach. They allow dogs which was what we were searching for.

The desk lady was quite grumpy all the time. We even felt uncomfortable for asking her to do anything. The breakfast is definitely not worth the money. We ordered English breakfast but it was not near a real English breakfast.

Absolutely spot on location! 3 mins walk to the stunning beach and 1 min walk to the Main Street with all the restaurants, shops and souvenir stalls.

TV is a bit high on the wall.

Front desk lady was absolutely perfect. Location îs just 1 minute away from city center. Beautiful inner courtyard and swimming pool. Very very clean.

We really enjoyed the stay, central, spacious, well equipped. The staff was kind and available.

No big problems, just to be informed. The wifi was very slow and only available on some spots. Parking was crowded and like a chess game. Fortunately we didn't need the car. The front lower rooms can be noisy so have some earplugs if you are sensible.

Good location, everything important is within walking distance. The apartments are large and nicely furnished, bathroom is very good and the balconies are great. Free parking is included, the host helped to find the perfect parking place. There is a pool, an optional breakfast and generally the hotel is quiet and peaceful.

Only very minor things. The floor was not clean, more blankets would be great. Overall, it is a great place to stay in Obzor. Do note, that Obzor is on a hill and you have to take lots of stairs to get to the beach.

The room was modern, there was a TV with huge channel selection, the whole hotel had a really interesting interior and the staff was friendly.

Even though pets are allowed, there was a 15 BGN per night fee for my dog which is crazy because an extra bed for for 3+ years old child is 10 BGN per night. If you stay 3 days or less, you won’t get your amenities replenished as they do it on/after 3rd day. The pillows had some yellow stains, good thing I brought my own.

Stayed in the standard studio ground floor. Location was great, lots of restaurants very nearby and bus station only a 5 minute walk away. The place was sparkling clean, room was big, staff were friendly and accommodating. Pillows were substantial, we really liked the bar soap provided, water pressure was great and there was more than enough hot water. The entrance to this lot of rooms is on the front side of the building and allows for quick entry and exit. (We stayed an extra night and asked for a different room and that was everything we wanted! Bright and airy with a stove and kitchen equipment, broom to sweep up sand and the shower was an enclosed space.)

Shower drained into the rest of the bathroom so the floor was very wet and ventilation in bathroom wasn't great so it was damp. The showerhead combined with the water pressure made for a slightly spiky/uncomfortable showering experience. The door to the room was not substantial enough to block out noise from outside.

The location of the hotel was superb, great access to the beach and city center. There were some missunderstanding upon our arrival howerver the receptionist and the hotel owner managed to make us feel welcomed.

Little bits and pieces, the fridge in the room did nor work properly, the outlet where the refrigerator was powered was pulled from the wall, around the pool there were some grills that covered the leaks and our 1.6 year old child was injured about 2 times, but that was also due to our carelessness. There are many things to improve, but all in all it was a great experience and we will definitely come back.

Perfect location near the beach. The view is amazing both at night and day and it was very quiet. Our room was actually a small apartment with a living room and kitchen as well as a bedroom. There is a fridge, a microwave and stovetop in the kitchen, air cons in both the living room and the bedroom.

The toilet didn’t always work. We couldn’t pay by card, only cash, but there are ATMs nearby.
