When it comes to price quality offer. This is was the best we had in Cambodia. We totally recommand this hotel newly built. Location is simply great, view from the balcony is great, staff were very nice and helpful, restaurant and bar is still under renovation, but I bet it would be a great place to dine. An infinity pool with a view on the best sites of phnom pehn. Very comfortable beds and pillows. TV is huge with Netflix.

Not related to the hotel, but if you want to go anywhere mainly to the airport, I would recommend to get the local app (passapp) and order a tuk tuk... it cost us only 4 dollars instead of a taxi for 60 dollars to go to the Airport.

Terrible late check out policy. Wanted to charge me half night rate for checking-out a couple of hours late. Silly policy as it doesn't cost the hotel any more (my room was rarely cleaned before late afternoon most days) and provides a nice benefit for travellers if they have a late flight. Hope they review this

I liked everything about GLOW, I think because it was fairly new the attentiveness to guests were wholesome and helpful. We went up to the bar for a few drinks one afternoon and the workers there were so fun to talk to and had recommendations on where we should travel to/activities to do. The hotel was also super clean and the bed was comfortable, bathroom was also clean! The location is close to the promenade King's palace so there's always things to do close by coffeeshops and restaurants to eat at. I would book this stay again.

Clean, centrally located and very comfortable hotel. Staff were efficient and friendly. The rooftop swimming pool was great and offered a 360 degree view of the city and river - great place to chill after sightseeing. The room was well equipped and the bed was really comfortable. The perfect hotel to have as a base in Phnom Penh literally opposite the Royal Palace.

Nothing really. I guess it would be helpful to have an on-site restaurant where you can at least get breakfast but wasn't a problem for us. Brown coffee shop just around the corner did a great breakfast and pastry selection.

Fantastic crew, Rick especially is making everything he can to make your stay comfortable and struggle free. Really appreciate it. Wi-Fi was ok-ish, room was nice, all the hotel's areas were well maintained, hotel is basically new and it's a bit of undiscovered gem, The view on the rooftop was the best of all the hotels I stayed in PP. i enjoyed my stay.

No breakfast and no gym, but these are no particular cons or complains, because this is clear from the hotel's description, it just would be something to think of in the future. I think breakfast is coming so if I come back one day, I shall try that. And the price was quite expensive, but again, nice hotels in CA and PP are still quite expensive in general.

New hotel tucked away in a small street with some restaurants and massage salons. Very quiet area considering you’re in the city centre. Staff is most friendly and helpful to ensure your stay is unforgettable. There really is no end to their kindness. Room is so spacious and bathroom has all one needs. Had excellent city and river views from the 9th floor. Comfy bed, kettle for coffe/tea in the morning. Just 5min walk to the Royal Palace. Rooftop pool is the best in town with 360 views and a nice cool breeze which makes it perfect for a dip after a hot day of sightseeing.

Because they’ve just started it was only possible to pay cash. Also there is no breakfast option yet. Though they seem to work on the facilities for that. If they can manage this too it’s worth a 10!

It is an overall good hotel for its class with all standard provisions. A special reference is required to the view from the hotel’s restaurant. You have your breakfast with a direct view of parks, temples, the city center. You really feel where you are. The same comment for the roof swimming pool above the restaurant. I marked location with a single ‘smile’. Distances are huge in Phnom Penh. Given that, I would characterize the location central. If you accept a 30 minute walk you can be in much of the river front, the important monuments, restaurants (prefer those in front of the river) etc.

Electric power to the refrigerator was interrupted when the key card was removed. This virtually spoils it.

the staff were amazing and very helpful, every time I needed help they were more than glad to help, they deserve a raise 🤗, The guys at the front desk are super helpful, and the boy that cleans the lobby and the swimming pool area is very sweet and tries to help in his own way, the hotel is in front of the royal palace with an amazing rooftop view, and it’s just a walk away to the river side, there is a tuk tuk driver that is always in front of the hotel his name is Dara he will take you to the 5 main attractions of Phnom penh and wait for you for 30 dollars only, great and friendly guy, don’t go to the other side of the river as it’s dark and nothing to do there, great staff and a great hotel thank you.

you cannot bring your own drinks to the rooftop where the swimming pool is which is included in the payment of the hotel, so that means if you want a drink there you have to buy it from the hotel bar.

We stayed here for a few days on our way through to Siem Reap and we're so glad we did. The hotel only opened in February so everything is nice and new. The staff are delightful and can't do enough for their guests. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, cool air conditioning. It is in a central position. The highlight would have to be the rooftop pool with its 360° views🤩We highly recommend staying here!

hotel is fairly new, and so very clean and shiny. the beds were very soft and amenities in room were perfect. AC worked and toiletries in bathroom. robes and slippers provided. pool and roof top views fantastic, pool towels also provided which was great added touch. we arrived extremely early in the morning from a late night coach, the young man on reception was super sweet, polite and helped to see if we could check in to our room early. which we could. a little walk from the main hub but plenty of food and shops in immediate area and lots of chill space in the plaza opposite. great hotel would stay again.
