This hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and within walking distance to the main sight seeing attractions. Our room was really big and clean, had wifi and air con, and a nice view of the city. Only thing that would make it better is if we had easy access to more bottled water as I had to keep asking for it to do our teeth but they always gave me 2 bottles when I did ask so not too much of a problem!

Room very big, on the Seventh floor, beautiful window to see the city, excellent location, you can walk to the main attractions in couple of minutes. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. And super comfy bed. Electric Kettle and tea and instant coffee. 2 free bottles of water. On the second day they didn't give me new water or new toothbrushes just saying. Not a bit deal.

on the booking.com page they are stating that there are some stuffs in the room that I was not able to find, as for example: Safety deposit box, no minibar, an empty - but perfectly working - mini fridge, Slippers. Also I do not know why but they went for this modern look of Open Shower, the bad aspect of this cool look is that when you are showering the whole bathroom gets water on the floor.

The staff is exceptional; so kind, caring and extremely helpful. I wish I'd remembered the name of the man at front desk; he wears glasses and a welcoming smile.

The room I stayed in was perfect; it's really light and beautifully minimalistic but elegant. However, there was a strong odour of dampness that changed the comfort level. It may have been from the rain that wet the carpeting in the passage. Other than that all was wonderful.

Staff excellent, very good value for money

found the hotel to be in a quiet location not far from the riverside, but far enough away from the bars ext ( nice and quiet !) the hotel was clean , staff were very friendly and helpful let me have 2 hour late check out at no extra cost when I come back to Phnom Penh will definitely stay here again

the Wi-Fi went down ( not the hotels fault ( something to do with there internet provider but arranged fir the guests to use the hotel next doors Wi-Fi the hotel is being renovated d so o was a bit of noise 3 rd floor was out of use , so was pool ( ( but not really a problem)

Good central location but quiet street. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with fridge, air con and kettle.

The description in Booking.com is misleading as it says there is a restaurant and roof top pool and bar - these have not reopened since the pandemic. You can use the rooftop pool in the next door hotel but there is no bar there.

We were given a room smelling to cigarette smoke, so we got a different and better room the AC didn’t work very well, especially at night

Its in a great location walking distance to center. The rooms are good and comfortable and they offer great cheap pick up service from Airport. And the staff is just amazing

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was refreshing and the location was good - walking distance to Riverside.

Mismatch between the website (rooftop bar and pool) to the reality (two additional levels built on and no restaurant).

The staff were very welcoming as soon as we arrived, and were helpful throughout the stay. The hotel had a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the Royal Palace.

The room was slightly on the small side, nevertheless it was clean and comfortable.
