Good location alongside river and pretty much in the centre of town. Hotel is well designed low rise with a chilled out vibe and great use of planting to create a garden feel

Somehow our garden bungalow room had been allocated to someone else so we ended up with a substandard room on 2nd floor which meant a lot of stairs. No real explanation given - we were offered 10% off food in the restaurant but the first night it was full (watch out for the tour busses!!) and then when we did try it the food wasn’t great. Staff were great though and really tried hard. Maybe the owners need to be a bit more involved in customer care ? Or maybe they just don’t care.

The shampoo, conditioner in small ceramic bottles, whilst unusual, are Not convenient to use, - they are slippery to handle, difficult to read which is which, esp for older customers. Suggest to change to make it easier & convenient types.

A very pleasant and well situated boutique hotel in the heart of Siem Reap. The room we stayed in (number 52) for 3 nights was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good (the food kept in the chafing dish could be warmer though). The staff are helpful and very friendly, and we were allowed late check-out till 1.45 pm on our last day. We used a private car and Theara, our English speaking guide for 2 days, showed us around the main temples of Angkor. He's very friendly and knowledgeable, with a good sense of humour. Thanks to him and the driver, we had a wonderful time going round the amazing Angkor site. We also used a tuk-tuk on our last morning to visit some more modest but interesting temples and Shoeun, the driver, was also very pleasant.

We loved our time in Cambodia and had the most wonderful experience of local hospitality by the staff at Lynnaya! We were treated like royalty and made to feel special, nothing was too much trouble. The onsite restaurant is excellent with a huge menu and everything cooked to perfection. The rooftop bar is a great spot to drink and dine and the happy hour between 5pm and 7pm was hard to ignore with half priced cocktails too good to pass up! Easy walking distance to markets, Pub Street etc or just a short tuk tuk ride. We will happily return to Lynnaya Resort again and will recommend it to friends and family.

This resort is beautiful! The staff are very attentive to your needs & are very polite & friendly. We had a Garden view room & was large, clean with a comfortable bed. The shower pressure was great & they are the first resort/hotel that I have been to that provide ALL bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser, toothbrush, toothpaste, sewing kit, shower cap, EVERYTHING! the swimming pool was lovely & the trees provide shade from the sun. The buffet breakfast was really good too. A 2km walking distance to Pun Street or you can catch a tuk tuk just outside the resort.

The only think I can think of was that there was no barman at the pool bar so when you wanted a drink, you had to find a staff member. This was only a small thing though.

This beautiful, modern, and well maintained hotel and property is a must for anyone coming to Siem Reap. The Reception and common areas , pool area are quiet, intimate, and like a tropical jungle! What makes the property even better are the young staff members who welcome you and do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and important to them. The Massage and Spa treatments are also a must!

the rooms are large , the beds are very comfy ! hotel is located in a good position. centrally located quiet position.away from the busy center but within walking distance . All the staff members are lovely and very helpful

the breakfast can be approved . no fresh juices ( except if you pay 3.50 $ for fresh O J ) . There were too many mosquitoes in our private garden so we could not sit outside.

Excellent location, wide variety of food at breakfast, restaurant food is very good as well, lovely relaxing pool and decent sized room all make for a relaxing, fun and memorable stay. What really made our holiday was the attentive, friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Loved our stay here just wished it had been for longer.

it was perfect and wonderful choice. it located little bit way to Pup-street (10-15 min walking) 1 to 1.5$ with tuk-tuk so it’s very very quiet and peaceful. every staff was very kind, breakfast is great, room is wonderfull and also housekeeping is another level (they even organize by size that some small stuff i bring) it was amazing stay and i will stay again for suer. miss them already!

great location next to the river and easy to walk everywhere. nice decoration and good size rooms. comfortable mattress and linen.

breakfast is so so - no cheese, salami, no quality cold cuts. smoked salmon or other deli missing. bread selection limited. hot dishes not convincing. unfortunately there was an event in the neighborhood and until 10.30 music was unbearable loud
