Exceptional friendly and helpful staff. We really had a great stay. The room was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and comfy. The pool area is small but very nice and quiet. Perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the temples. We highly recommend the hotel.

Breakfast choices have been a little limited. Though the offered breakfast was good. Probably nothing the hotel can influence, but a few nights there have been dogs barking very loud in the neighbourhood, which made it hard to sleep.

I almost missed this gem. After reading the reviews I decided to apply the old adage " If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is." However, after a night sleeping on it I decided to take the risk. I booked 11 nights. This hotel is seriously good. The location is close to Pub Street (If that is your thing) but far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. The staff are superb. The local restaurants are good and reasonably priced. The hotel's regular tuk tuk drivers are highly reliable and friendly. The pool area is sublime. Hint: There are two excellent supermarkets in nearby Makara Street.

The key asset of this property is the team of young, dynamic and extremely capable staff manning it! Always helpful, caring and hardworking, they showed us what Cambodian hospitality is all about. Location is fantastic too, situated in a quiet lane and just a short walk to many top-rated restaurants nearby (Fellini, Caucasus, Sambo Khmer & Thai etc). Room is always clean, tidy and they took care to rid if of mosquitoes.

We stayed in the Cabana room and the flooring in the room was a little uneven. Quite a few slight elevations here and there which caused a few tripping at first (until we got used to it).

This might be one of the best value hotels I've ever had the pleasure to stay at... From the moment we were welcomed as we arrived and offered drinks and an easy check-in, assisted to our room, which was amazing! Colonial style, but modern in design. It was massive! Huge bath and wet room, separate WC, coffee and microwave facilities, plenty of storage areas and huge beds! (Twin room). And the balcony looked out onto the swimming pool & green foliage... we could have easily stayed for a few weeks. Luxury! Really nice breakfast in the morning... Staff organised a private local tuktuk driver to ferry us around, and simply the best private tour guide to accompany us on our visit to Angkor Wat, plus advice on local amenities. Excellent location far enough away to avoid the bustle of the tourist centre, but walkable if that's what you want. Markets and restaurants nearby. They even came out of the hotel to bid us farewell and gifted us a lovely khmer scarf when we left for the airport... I will be back for a longer holiday here!!!

It was perfect... I mean there is nothing they could do to improve our stay... simply amazing!

Staff was abundant and super-helpful, rooms are huge and it really feels like you're at a nice resort - great pool area, lots of lush foliage. Hotel arranged for airport pickup as well as an awesome guide (Sawon) and driver (Set) who we retained for all 3 days of our Angkor temples touring - so nice, knowledgable & accommodating, they really added so much meaning to the visit. There's also an awesome laundry shop across the street who'll wash & deliver your travel clothing for a great price - we used them twice. Lots of good food options within a few minutes walk.

Exquisite service, the staff was very helpful with all kinds of requests and provided lots of compliments!The hotel is located in a very quiet area, yet with all the restaurants and markets in a walking distance. Pool is surrounded by lush green so you can rest in chilling shadow on the hottest day. They organize Angkor tours with English-speaking driver and provide you with simple feature phone to call the driver or the hotel in case you’re lost or can’t find your tuktuk on the parking. The best stay at Siem Reap! We’ll definitely come back!

Nothing to complain about as everything was just perfect.

Anna at reception and everyone else were extremely kind. This is a great location for restaurants and less touristy feeling. It is even better than the photos! The pool is beautiful and refreshing. They organized fabulous tours for us of Angkor Wat, and I had a wonderful, relaxing facial that included a massage and very natural products. Thyda was the really awesome guide for our Angkor Wat tour of the small circle (he is much more charismatic than the other guides we heard as we explored the complex and went above and beyond). A standout was the time we spent looking at the remarkable Angkor Wat bas relief that other tours rushed through. Because of all the knowledge Thyda shared with us from the first day, we enjoyed exploring the big circle alone the following day with a tuktuk from the hotel. This is one of my favorite hotels ever. I was on my honeymoon, and they decorated my room beautifully before arrival.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location on the less busy side of the river. Fantastic staff who were cheerful, extremely helpful, and friendly. The hotel and room was spotlessly clean, and the pool was set amongst beautiful plants. There is a lovely little restaurant/dining area by the poolside which is gorgeously lit in the evening. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

We liked the hotel so much that we extended our booking from 3 days to 7 days. One reason was the relative peacefulness of the place. Unfortunately on the fourth day a funeral celebration began across the street. In Cambodia these events last for several days, and the noise from the loudspeakers is unbearable. I emphasize that this was not the hotel's fault. But we couldn't bear the noise, so we were preparing to leave. However, Kio a senior member of staff, showed great kindness and transferred us to the Primefold's sister hotel further out of town. He even drove us there in his car.Which just shows the fantastic customer service that you will receive at the Primefold.

. The streets of Siem Reap are a bit hectic, a bit dirty and the Primefold is a haven of calm, tranquility and cleanliness. Our room was like an oasis with many thoughtful amenities, We especially enjoyed the mini-fridge, safe, bathtub and separate shower, and Netflix. We ate dinner in the café three times and the food was excellent and value-priced. Above all, all the young Cambodians who work in the hotel were wonderful – friendly, kind, anxious to help and please. They carried our four 50 lb bags [sorry!] up, and down, two flights. We were really impressed that all spoke English. We also found the Primefold a great value. 100% recommend.

No negatives. Oh, if you have mobility issues request ground floor. There's no elevator. No issue for us.

Very pretty, intimate setting with a lovely pool area. The hotel is situated in a great location close to the river, Pub Street (but not to close to be affected by the noise). The rooms were very nice, a good size and nicely appointed. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Nice added touches of a packaged breakfast as we left the hotel one morning to make it to the sunrise at the temples, in addition to a late check out and a good bye present of a traditional scarf. We would definitely recommend the hotel and go back our selves.
