Good value for the money, things were clean.

Atmosphere was tense due to manager yelling at employees.

As a solo travelling female I can’t help but be extra cautious and also paranoid about staying in a hotel alone. I checked in late at about 11:30pm and nothing made me feel unsafe. The area seemed good enough and the hotel itself seemed safe aswell. The staff were AMAZING! I had to reschedule my reservation to be a night earlier and the person on the phone was so kind in making that accommodation. Then after I checked in I got a call shortly after from the person at front desk who noticed the interior lights in my car were left on. THANK YOU because a dead battery would have driven me mad. Also the price was really great especially as a uni student!

We have stayed here twice, both times we found it clean and comfortable! Our room included breakfast. There was a small selection of dry cereal and a pancake maker, or toast, your choice. Location is close to amazing restaurants such as the Local, and Sammy's.

Nothing we didn't like. Some people might be concerned about the church nearby that operates a soup kitchen for the homeless. However we were never harassed, never panhandled, those who were waiting were quiet and kept to themselves. Nothing to worry about as far as we were concerned.

I really like this hotel. it’s comfortable rooms and good location downtown which is close some really good restaurants. The rates are good value for the rooms.

The hotel offers a very modest breakfast which is Ok because of the very reasonable rates. However out of pads of butter for two days and patrons greeted with empty coffee pots and waffle batter goes a little far. Keep it simple ok but at least keep full.

They didn't offer wifi and I didn't ask. I used ShawOpen as it was a good signal from around the area. I have a VPN so it didn't bother me. The room was cozy. They are in the midst of renovating and it will be a real nice place once done. It is right downtown which I liked as I liked walking the streets and looking at the old buildings in the area. DQ is around the corner.

No glasses in the room. No hair dryer available. Only two pillows in the rooms and no extra toilet paper.

Really unique property with lots of cool furnishings and sitting areas. Very different from your standard hotel. Good breakfast in the morning. Excellent location to walk to various stores and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were very impressed with the friendly staff. They told us about the Ribfest event that was waking distance away. The breakfast was more than we expected. We will definitely stay there again!
