A very late check in but no issue and the manager was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and just what we needed for our brief stay before heading to the snow. Great value for money, good restaurants nearby and on site.

A little noisy in the morning but that was simply because it seems very popular with lots of people staying and some leaving early so noise couldn't be helped. Would certainly recommend to others.

We stayed for a week in the hotel. We ere upgraded to a nice family suite. The staff were great and very helpful. The Saudi gentleman who met us when we checked in was super nice -- he actually arranged the upgrade I think because (1) we have a small baby with us, and (2) we're both from Riyadh :)

This is an older facility but it is comfortable and clean. The staff were, to a person, excellent. Checking in and checking out was efficient. We enjoyed our breakfasts at the on-site restaurant De Dutch and there are several nice places to eat nearby. It is about a 20-minute walk to the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, which we really enjoyed.

The location was close to everything….suspension bridge, shopping, restaurants and not far from beaches. As a solo traveller I chose a one bed room. Though it was not spacious it had everything I needed-coffee maker, fridge table/chair to eat and a chair for relaxing by the window. Outdoor pool was a little cold to enjoy this time.

A coupon for the insight restaurant for breakfast would be nice.

the room had ample space, was very clean and the staff was so very friendly! and it was close to the attractions that we wanted to see I.E, Capilano Suspension Bridge Park and they even had discount coupons for the park!

the only thing that we found with the hotel is since it was an older hotel that had been remodeled there was no elevator on the property, so if you are disabled i would suggest asking for a lower floor

The Sure Stay is a modest older motel in a great location for visitors to the North Shore of Vancouver. Good rooms and breakfast restaurant adjoining, and overall a great value proposition.

The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim.

quiet bedrooms with good view, no breakfast but restaurants are nearby, pool, and the way into nature is max 5min drive away, staff was friendly and the room was clean, tim Hortons and Dennys nearby, parking without extra fee, clean and friendly neighborhood, windows can be opened

no elevator to second floor, but there are only two floors, the rooms were a bit expensive

The location was perfect, close to a lot of the attractions we wanted to do, and it was just a few minutes to Stanley Park and the downtown area. The room itself was pretty clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable.

Felt a bit run down.

The location was perfect to explore Caplilano, Grouse Mountain, Whistler and get to the ferry terminal. Also, downtown North Vancouver has a lot of restaurants to choose from, an easy drive from motel. I can't remember the last time that I stayed in a motel but it was fine. Not luxurious but we opted for a cheaper place to stay. No complaints.

Room was dark.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff member who checked is in was phenomenal, he was so welcoming and kind! The room had a small fridge and coffee maker. There were tea bags, but there was no kettle. The room was clean, but a bit outdated. There was more than enough parking. Its next to a busy road, but we did not hear anything. There is an outdoor pool which is closed for the season. Due to covid the rooms were not daily cleaned, but only on request. No breakfast served (as advertized). Its located near Capilano Suspension Bridge and Lynn Canyon Park.
