The staff was super friendly. They had breakfast but nothing I could eat. Unfortunately, the staff did not know about gluten or lactose intolerances when I asked. There were freshly baked cookies every day (I could not try them though) There is a kitchen to cook and plenty of room in the fridge. The place was very clean!

The property has a very steep entrance from the street and we hit the car a couple of times while entering. I was just too tired every day to pay attention, but my friend struggled with her back after sleeping on such a soft mattress.

Fabulous view from the deck of the city and water.The "B and B" is comfortable and clean, the mattress neither too firm or soft[good sleep].The full kitchen is great just like at home which is available for guest to use.There is fruit, cereal,bagals ,milk, coffee /tea and yogurt available at all times.I was glad to find a nice steam iron and board to press our clothes pre a wedding reception in the laundry area. Allowed for a one night stay which is hard to find.

There are two showers and toilets for several rooms to share ,it was not an issue as we seemed to be on different schedules .Spotlessly clean, the other guests were respectful.

As a hostel this place is great. Large kitchen with everything you would need to cook and lots of complimentary snacks (cookies, bagels, fruit) plus breakfast. Very good value for money

I'm not sure if it's booking.com or the B&B itself who make you believe that the room is normally worth $375 or something and that it is seriously marked down to whatever it is you end up paying. As I was in a hurry to book accommodation whilst I had wifi I did obviously not read all the information in detail (my fault) but going by the so called 'normal' advertised price of $375 i assumed there would be things like a private bathroom, TV etc so I was a little surprised to find the very basic (yet comfortable) room and shared bathroom. I have rated it highly because as a hostel it's awesome, it's just not what I expected under some falsely advertised pricing

The proprietors were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good although only sweet options were available. The location of the B&B is perfect if you plan on hiking in North Vancouver. It is about a 30 min ride per bus into Downtown which is also good.

Sometimes the shared kitchen was really packed and people were cooking elaborate meals blocking the whole thing. Has nothing to do with the owners or the quality of the B&B. Just something to keep in mind if you enjoy solitude.

Shah(owner), and his staff’s genuine concern, that everything was up to par, and reassured that the enjoyment of my stay mattered! I even added 1 more night. The large open kitchen area with 2 fridges and a large table with couch, made it inviting to communicate with others staying there too, and made some new friends staying there from Germany. Thank you Shah, Angela and Mathew !

Clean, quiet, private, easy to get to and go from. The kitchen was clean, the food provided was wholesome and fresh. All the bathrooms were clean though lazy guests exist... The facility is thoroughly cleaned every day in the afternoon. Thoroughly.

One couple on only one night came late and acted like noone else was in the building. The doors can be quietly closed without waking anyone and most guests kept their voices low but this couple did not. I think the whole clientele was kept awake. This isn't a criticism of the BnB. It is a really well run and well organized place and I'll stay again.

Very good value for money. Quiet neighborhood. Super comfy beds. Delicous cookies!. Initially, we only intended to spend 3 nights, but we extended our stay to 5 because we just got too comfortable there :)

The only downside if you don't have a car is that the bus goes there only once every hour in the evening and that there is no sidewalk so one has to cross the road to get to the place (none of those are a fault of the host though!)

Well equipped bathrooms and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Easy check in and out. Thoughtfully and attractively decorated. Well organized personal food storage system with plenty of fridge space. Nice lemon water, fresh bagels, and good selection of hot beverages - a nice touch. On the bus route. Plenty of off-street parking.

Nowhere to put clothes or suitcases except a hanging rack. Walls are very thin (could hear snoring in next room). There was a constant loud dripping noise in #7.

Has everything you need! Super clean and tidy, the people who work there and owners are really lovely. It’s close to the city, we took an Uber in and out every day, about $20CAD and about 20 mins. There’s also a bus stop really close by. There’s lots of variety for breakfast food (accessible throughout the day) and there were fresh cookies as well. Some good central hang out areas. Nice neighbourhood.

The location was amazing. the kitchen facilities were complete. breakfast was good, just no eggs.

The heating systems on our room was noisy, if you are not tired of the day definitely it will bother you when you want to sleep. The guests might not go to sleep or keep it quiet after 10:00 PM and no one from management is there to talk with them. The walls of our room was paper thin. The kitchen hood it's not doing its job, when the guests making something smelly, you will smell it too. Totally we were happy there the things mentioned about are just to make things much more better.
