Great hotel in heart of village. Our suite had a nice patio that we could bike right too! Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The staff gave us fans so we stayed cool at night. The gym was nice and the hotel was nice and large. We loved that there were two coffee shops right in the hotel!

I don’t like they wrap the duvet in two sheets but don’t button it up so when it separates you sleep with just the used duvet (I know lots of hotels are doing this but it’s so un-sanitary)

Front desk staff professional and efficient, check-in very quick. Location of the hotel is excellent for all the different businesses in town and access to the ski lifts. Liked the pump type soap and body wash containers.

Could use a hair dryer in the room. Need to clean the hot tub and surrounding patio area. Parking at Sunpeaks in general is dismal, especially in the Winter. Underground parking is expensive at this property and should be included in your accommodation cost.

The Sundance Lodge was genuinely wonderful, easy to drive up to and get your bearings, and literally on the doorstep to the lifts. The staff, in particular Kat, were fabulous! Very informative and positive. The room itself was great, very spacious!

Absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of the lodge! The snow/ice on the road through Sun Peaks was high enough to heavily scrape the bottom of the car, but my car is pretty low, so shouldn’t be an issue for most!

The staff helped with making our engagement weekend special! The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We were allowed to keep our bikes in the room which put us at ease. The view of the ski hill from our room was nice and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony.

Nothing! Summer is more of an off season so the restaurants close early so make sure you get out to eat by 7pm.

very close to the ski lifts and restaurants. The room also had some kitchen facilities so it was easy to have breakfast in the room, like instant oats and some boiled eggs on cooktop, also there was a drip coffee machine with coffee provided.

I wasn’t a big fan of the dog policy, sometimes dogs would bark and one time someone bought their dog into the gym area. The lift was a bit slow but you could use the stairs if you liked.

The location of Sundance lodge is excellent particularly for proximity to the ski lifts and to ski straight to the ski storage room. It’s comfortable and has everything you need

If I am being picky then I would prefer a room with one bed and a couch rather than 2 beds. Also a little more kitchen bench space would be good.

My balcony was very large and I had a magnificent view of both the village and the mountains off to the side. I had to leave early due to an emergency and the staff was very accommodating with the early checkout.

The room didn't have air conditioning although a fan was provided. The hot tub had some debris in it.

Lobby was nice, staff were friendly and helpful.

The laundry room was very dirty, the windows didn’t have screens and there were mosquitoes. The curtains didn’t close properly and we were on the sun at night side without any AC so it was quite warm. A continental breakfast is offered a many places and would have been nice to have.

The location is right at the beginning of the little town which makes it easy to get to places. Spacious rooms and underground parking.

There wasn't too much going on in town when we traveled through at the end of August. However, very friendly Hospitality crews in town.

The room was great for a family. We were happy with the kitchenette, bed size and room size. Staff remedied a minor problem immediately

While we were provided with a fan, the room was still a bit too hot for the summer months. AC would be a welcome addition.
