Our 1 bedroom apartment was lovely, brilliant to have a balcony and the extra space that an apartment brings. It was a well equipped kitchen and everywhere was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was really easy to pull out and put away. Plenty of space for us to hang our clothes and plenty of drawer space too. It was great to have an extra cupboard, so our luggage was kept out of the way too. Brilliant apartment! Having the supermarket so close was fab and the hotel felt like a great location, lots of places were within walking distance. Bus stops outside and Uber and taxis are only a few minutes wait. The hotel team were very helpful, cannot fault any of those we spoke to. Despite the disappointment of the pool, we would stay here again. Thank you.

We were really disappointed with the pool area. I specifically booked a hotel with a pool, so we could have a swim and a relax in the jacuzzi after a busy day sightseeing. We only went once however. It was dirty, the floor of the pool was gritty and the water didn't feel typically pool clean. The changing facilities are on a different floor to the pool, which is what it is but it took a while to work out where we needed to go and then we went to the pool with our stuff in a locker and couldnt get back in because we didnt have our swipe card. Just raising awareness of that really, it is a good idea for security. People were in and out of the pool area with their shoes on, so the floor was not somewhere you wanted to walk without flip flops and the jacuzzi didn't work.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite for my family to have a same-like home style due to an emergency. The two bedrooms had no doubt and nothing comparable to any hotel we have stayed at with the most heavenly comfort. Definitely uphold its own standards of excellence of cleanliness, extremely pleasant guest service, and the warm welcome of the bellman. When it comes to perfection speak no more. This place is where it is. No dull moment in staying for 18 days on this immaculate-style decor. Unforgettable 18 days stay with zero constructive criticism. The standard put in this property excel to our expectations and experience. If it's the perfection of comfortability, private stay, accommodating to all requests, fast and easy delivery of Room service, and overall warmth and compassionate staffing then you have to experience the promise of this property written on their website. The concierge was knowledgeable about the city and was helpful in planning tours. The location is central to a lot of sights, restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for a short stay.

Very little to watch on the TV, I couldn't cast on the TV from my laptop either, though the support I called tried to help but it was only momentary before it went off again and kept asking to reconnect and the wiFI wasn't strong either.

This hotel is perfectly located in the nice end of town. Has an amazing IGA supermarket right next door, lots of good restaurants around and is in the area of the high end shopping district. Close walking distance to all the attractions or if you choose, a taxi rank right at the front. Service from staff was excellent, helpful and very professional. I would say this hotel is on par with any Fairmont Hotel. It actually is quite "grand" when you walk in. We had the 2 bedroom apartment in the residence tower and the rooms were large, beds comfortable and had everything you needed for a fabulous stay. Pleasantly surprised and very happy with the hotel. Will definitely recommend and when staying in Vancouver it will be our choice.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Hotel is in a great location. Very comfortable room for our family of five, though hotel and room were starting to look a little tired in parts. Staff were the standout - super helpful before, during and after our stay. Any issues were resolved immediately and we really felt they went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. In fact we were so impressed we went back for the second leg of our stay despite our plans to stay somewhere a little less expensive.

Very minor thing, but there didn’t seem to be a huge amount of consistency in provision or replenishment of toiletries and coffee/tea, etc. E.g. there were a heap of camomile teabags, but no regular ones. Two lots of moisturizer but no body wash. Sometimes coffe capsules were replaced, other times they weren’t.

Location is amazing, you can walk to Stanley Park, Gastown, Granville Island all within 20-30mins, so it was a great place to stay for a couple of days to see the city. There was a little supermarket about 2 mins away so was easy to eat some meals in the room without having to carry anything too far. The little kitchen had everything necessary to cook. There were loads of shops and restaurants right on the doorstep too. Staff were friendly and kind.

location was convenient to St Paul's Hospital easy walking distance. Having a kitchen in the unit and a grocery store across the street made meal prep easy. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The 1 bedroom suite gave us lots of room, bed was comfortable, room was clean, even the sofa was comfortable which doesn't happen often in hotels.

Being country dwellers the street noise and emergency vehicle sirens were a lot of noise for us. Made it more tolerable for sleeping by wearing ear plugs.

Great spot with right accommodations for what we needed with family. Liked we could find a 2 bedroom suite. Beds were comfortable and it was clean.

I didn’t like that the nespresso machine didn’t work, but there was another coffee machine. And the washroom showed clear signs that there was a flood and baseboards were all warped by water. Looked like they were not replaced but just painted over. Looked poorly for the facility.

Did Father's Day breakfast at the hotel, was good but would have liked an omlette station, more fresh fruit and veggies options. Excellent location for shopping and restaurants, all within short walking distance. Cineplex theater a block from hotel. Grocery store right across the street was super convenient. Balcony view was nice. In suite kitchen was well stocked, dishwasher was a bonus. Living room furnishings were comfortable, lots of natural light. Liked that the wine and spirits store was right on-site. Doormen were friendly and helpful. Would definetly stay here again.

Had to wait for room at check-in, but it was resolved in a reasonable time. Two bedroom suite was laid out nicely and stocked but one bathroom for a room that purports to sleep up to six people would stretch the comfort factor if that many people in the room.

It was a very good 1 bedroom apartment.

We did not get into our apartment early as promised, so we wasted a number of hours waiting, the Reception staff made very little effort. Vancouver central is expensive, but this cost was too expensive, and about 21% worth of taxes were loaded onto the price on the Booking site quote, so we went up to Whistler half way through our stay, it was a great move and it was less than half the cost.
