We were very fortunate to have 4 nights staying at Suite Smart Apartments and loved our stay there. Our apartment/suite was very clean, spacious, comfortable and stylish and we felt so at home there. This accommodation is situated about 6-8 km from the city centre of Vancouver and you can see lovely views of the city with the mountains in the background from the extensive deck areas and rooftop deck area. It is in a beautiful quiet suburban area with lovely homes and well maintained gardens. The property is about a 25 minute walk to vibrant Kitsilano beach area, a 15-20 minute walk to the local suburban ‘village’ where there is an Italian restaurant and 2 Japanese restaurants and about a 25 minute walk to Greektown where there are several eating places. We used the bus now and then and it is efficient, cheap and easy to use. Breakfasts vary every day and are cooked on site by hosts Dwayne and Terry - plenty of beautiful food and choices! Dwayne picked us up from central Vancouver for a cost of $20 and also drove us to the ship terminal at the end of our stay - such a bonus as it was an incredibly busy place and he knew exactly where to drop us at this hectic terminal. We LOVED staying at Suite Smart Apartments and it was so much better than being in a hotel room - it very quickly felt like home! Sent from my iPhone

Fabulous property, beautiful decor, our room had a large balcony with breathtaking views to Vancouver city. Very quiet residential area but easy access to the city, approx 15/20 minutes. Owners were very friendly and happy to chat about their home. Breakfast was very good, all freshly cooked with the most delicious fresh pancakes. We didn’t use the pool, but the owners said we were free to do so. Owners gave us a lift to the cruise port, and a quick look at a couple of the notable buildings. So pleased we chose to stay here rather than downtown.

Only minor negative, would have liked a kettle for tea/coffee in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at Suite Smart Vancouver, absolutely perfect in every way. Thank you so much to our hosts, we enjoyed every minute of our time in Vancouver. What we liked? Fantastic house, bountiful breakfast, effortless luxury, the pool, the terraces, comfortable room, a beautiful view over the city, being looked after but also having privacy to come and go as we pleased... I genuinely can't think of anything that could be improved. Thank you so much!

There was absolutely nothing we disliked, the stay was excellent.

Lovely B & B outside of main downtown area. Peaceful and quiet, beautifully appointed with amazing views. Very lovely host - very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Bed was really comfortable - room was good size. Good shuttle service to Cruise ship dock. Breakfast yummy and plentiful.

The location was beautiful and great for peace & quiet but it was a little far from things if you didn’t have a car to get around. There were a few shops 15 minutes walk away and the host recommended a great restaurant for dinner but if you were staying for a few nights you might want more choice.

This B&B is in a lovely affluent residential area. The view over the city was just lovely, both from our room & the comfy rooftop terrace (a great place to relax in the evening). The home cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious & very generous, with bacon eggs pancakes muffins cookies (all freshly home cooked) & lots of fresh fruit & berries.

This is an older property that needs a bit of tlc (windows & outside wooden flooring) but it’s beautifully decorated and the quirks add to its charm. It’s slightly difficult to find, perhaps needs a B&B sign rather than just the street number.

great location, friendly hosts, great value for size of family suite, awesome breakfasts with catering towards Gluten-free options. Indoor swimming pool was an added bonus.

property is being upgraded/repainted/retouched up in a few places. For us it was perfect and completely reasonable / Understandable. The ring doorbell that did not seem to be working during our stay as well as when trying to phone the contact details and only being able to leave a message or having no option to leave a message as the voicemail was full. Terry and Dwayne were present almost at all times and once inside the house were very accommodating and looked after all needs.

The home is beautiful; 5 stars on everything!! super clean, comfortable, warm, overall the best B&B in Vancouver. I recommend Suite Smart over any hotel chain; especially because of the owners Dwayne and Terry. They turned a very stressful Christmas holiday, the frustration of travel, delay flights, cancellation and no show taxi’s, the best part of my unfortunate circumstances. They were caring, generous and so very very helpful when everything else was chaos. Not only do I recommend this B&B for the great location, & flat fee rides to the airport at 1:00 am, but because their kindness made a bad experience a 100 times better.

The hosts were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was high quality and good variety. The hot shower works wonders on sore aching muscles. The robes were sooooo soft. The view was spectacular, each morning I did yoga on the upper terrace while gazing at the mountains. I came back from a day of adventures and was able to completely relax.

All the rooms shared a balcony which means other guests would walk past my room to get to the upper terrace. So you have to make a dicision if you prefer a view or privacy, ie don't change with the curtains open.

The breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit, orange juice, yogurt, an amazing quiche, fresh baked muffins and pancakes.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and then they had the wrong room as it had no bathroom. This was fixed and after a bit of a wait we had a very nice room. I did understand there may be a cost to bring our dog yet nothing was said about the extra fee when we checked in and this morning I saw a $58 charge on my credit card which I am assuming is a fee for my small dog to stay. It would be helpful to have this fee amount noted somewhere for travellers to see instead of just showing up on a credit card.

Dwayne and Terry were very friendly, helpful and breakfast was great. View from the home was amazing. Dwayne picked us up from the airport, The next day took us downtown for our City tour and picked us up after the tour .. Took us to the cruise departure. Best room in the house is the master suite. Have one more bedroom with a bathroom on suite. The other bedrooms have to share a bathroom. Not everyone likes that arraignment. Would definitely stay there again.
