Location was convenient. Room was large and so quiet and barely heard anything. Beds where very comfortable and the overall stay was very pleasant

Only thing that I heard from my kids was the WiFi was not great. After using it for a bit I switched to data as I couldn't even load a Facebook feed. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub wasn't available as it was under renovations and the breakfast wasn't available at the same time because the kitchen was shut down. I do try and look for hotels with breakfasts available for easy mornings so that was a bummer. There was no mention of both the hot tub and kitchen being closed when I booked.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were cleaned every day thoroughly.

Internet speed was terrible (never reached over 20 Mbps download) making it frustrating to conduct business.

Good staff, great bed, nice bright bathrooms and in-room coffee. Nice bathroom products provided too.

The room heat/ac system is always on (fan) and somewhat loud when the AC kicks in. Too bad as this is the only major complaint I have. Otherwise a perfect room.

clean room, secured place and the shuttle service. On our 2nd day at the hotel i forgot to book the shuttle earlier we went down to the lobby and since i saw the shuttle was there i asked maybe we can have the shuttle service to go to a restaurant by burrad i just don't want my 2 kids to walk because, one of them has asthma but i was told that we can only be accommodated in 1.5 hrs or walk just few blocks 😂 which i find odd because i saw the ledger and no one's on the schedule for the shuttle that hour so i just booked an Uber instead and while waiting i noticed that the guys/driver was just busy walking around checking the computer and his phone the whole time and i thought that if he drove us to the restaurant he'll be back in the hotel in no time maybe even faster than the Uber i booked to come.

- someone is drilling the wall at 8am that woke me up. We are checking out that morning anyways so i don't want any hassle.

downtown location but on a quiet street far from the menace and mayhem of Granville street. 10 minutes walk to English bay. A very comfortable experience at this hotel. Decor and styling understated yet modern. Probably the most comfortable bed out there that I have experienced in a while.Staff were so professional and kind . Thank you management for the suite upgrade when I extended my stay. I had booked the Paradox but after three days here , just had to stay on ..

lack of room service but I think this is now a growing trend across most hotels.

the hotel is 11mins walk from the train station, the staff are friendly and makes my stay there stress free, there is a free shuttle service to downtown, location is also near grandville street where you can find affordable delicious food. The beds are very comfortable. The shower has a very good pressure, which is needed after long hours od travel time, the water pressure helps me relax. The price is not as expensive in comparison to other hotel located in the heart of downtown. The check out is very convenient naviel i think his name is such a pleasure to deal with.

i don't have any... everything is good, i'll go back again to this hotel

cozy familiar decor views are quite good coffee - the ability to stream from my own phone we can charge by the bed in the lamp and have that also be our own entertainment system - Love the staff, professional and friendly - I forget the name of a certain staff member but she was intuitive enough to converse in French as she noticed my french name ... we live in times where people are seeking a comforting friendly engagement! The bath tubs are wonderful in this hotel, I always think to buy a lush bomb for the bath !

being directly in front of the elevator after spending 4 nights last year in much larger rooms for a better price, but still it was very quiet - i had an aweful time with the vending machine - I believe I went up two floors for vending machine which ended up HOLDING 160$ on my credit card, but I was a tad impatient and tapped a few times wondering why nothing seemed to be happening - but its not very distracted user friendly :) I personally like a slightly firmer bed, but only slightly, your beds give me back ache and Im healthy 52 and eat well and use the gym when possible and some yoga etc - I should not have to have a sore back when my bed does not cause this pain.

Our room was elegant! Very cozy especially the bathroom! Bed is very comfortable so as the pillows! Vicinity is quiet and few mins walk to bus stops and some restaurants. Staff are courteous and professional! Check-in is fast!. The view from our room - 7th floor - was good

Wifi is slow. No in-store restaurant after breakfast. Breakfast is not buffet and expensive. No other amenities Only one bottled water is free. No toothpaste/toothbrush available. TV is small and does not match the room size and coziness. Around 32 to 36 inches maybe. Pricing can be a little more competitive!

The cutest little gem in Vancouver! From the checkered tile valet driveway to the rooftop patio to the AMAZING hotel staff, the Parker Hotel Vancouver has it all. Kiti the front desk agent was so attentive and helpful and the lovely valet attendant (I can't recall his name) personally drove us to our evening date at a different property. Everyone was so warm and kind and helpful making this economical hotel feel like a Five star flagship property. Thank you Parker Hotel for the fabulous stay.

Nothing. It was all 10 /10

This hotel is in a great location. we walked everywhere although the hotel provides a free shuttle to downtown locations, not to the airport or ferry terminals though. There is a great supermarket 5 minutes walk if you need to keep your food costs down. We were provided a kettle so I could make tea in our room, only coffee making facilities are provided.

There is quite a lot of road noise as the bridge is right beside the hotel. The curtains do not close completely and the early morning sun shines through.
