Liked the location and friendly staff.

The wait for a lift.

The property is very well located in downtown. They Rebranded to Quality Inn from Ramada. There is a coffee shop next door and super market around the corner. Lot of restaurants in walking proximity. The Staff and the Manager were well spoken and amazing; offered me an early check-in as well. Good internet connection and you can print docs too, if you need it. Some reviews mentioned about the noise at night, from the nearby club. I stayed at the 5th floor (asked for being at a higher floor) and I didn't hear any noise. The staff was upfront and mentioned about the club next door and told me that they have ear plugs etc to help with the same. Elevator was old but works fine. Overall, Positive Experience, Safe Location and Value for Money.

I was able to get a good price in booking.com but had I paid the regular room rate I would have been disappointed.

The room was tiny and not in great shape! It was fine for 1 person but would have been uncomfortable had there been 2 of us. The sofa has a big tear in the fabric which someone had shoddily tried to patch but the larger issue was the cabinet housing the fridge and microwave. The cabinet was fundamentally unsafe! Each time I opened the lower door, the cabinet would list to the left making it look more like a parallelogram than a rectangle. I was worried the sides were going to come away from the base, sending the marble top onto my foot. I had to physically push the unit back in place to close the door on the front of the unit. Overall, I was disappointed with the accommodations and outside price, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The location was central and we could easily walk everywhere we needed to go. The room was comfortable and attractively decorated. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Information about local attractions was plentiful to help us fill in the time until we continued our journey after arriving in Vancouver from overseas. The location is an easy taxi ride from the airport.

The entryway was difficult to find and somewhat dingy. There was no restaurant and the breakfast had to be taken at the adjoining pub next door which only had three meal options and nothing to suit dietary needs like gluten-free. Every time we went outside we were met by people smoking and vaping which was unattractive and sickening. The room was quite small sharing with three adults.

The staff are super helpful, kind and accomodationg. Our family room had a nice sitting area crockery and a microwave. Beds are soooooo comfy. Awesome heater too. We really enjoyed our stay. They also allowed us to stay 5 hours past check out for a fee so we weren't out in the cold til it was time for our flight. House keeping even stopped to see if we needed anything. Great coffee shop on the corner and lots of eateries around. It's also only a 10 min walk to the subway but be mindful the walk to the hotel is uphill .

Not a reflection on the hotel but be aware there is quite a few homeless around so be prepared to see things you wouldn't want your kids seeing. We also went out in pairs just to be sure.

Proximity to popular city attractions. Walking distance to Granville Island, Canada Place, BC Place, Chinatown etc. Close to Robson Street and many dining options. Close enough to airport via Uber or skytrain. I’m highly into fitness. I liked the pass that’s included to an excellent nearby gym Fitness World.

Many homeless around area. Also streets around area quite dirty with lots of doog poop.

Good stay and location on Granville Street. Access to the fitness centre is off sight at a local commercial gym (excellent gym)

The hotel is next to/on top of a night club. I missed this on booking. It did not impact us significantly as our room as further back. But would have been good to know

The staff were nice and helpful. They had a nice coffee machine in the lobby and the beds were comfortable

The bathroom had a smell and was worn. I know it was cleaned regularly so not cleaning staff fault but I feel it was needing a deep clean or refurbishment

The bed, pillows, the customer service and the facilities.

The hotel is not named Ramada by Wyndham anymore, it is named Quality inn. There was no notification for this and I was lost in the cold rain for a good while.

Staff were very helpful & upgraded the room - which then included a small fridge & microwave & was quiet on the 6th floor . This was our 2nd stay at the Comfort Inn & we were flying out after 2 days
