I enjoyed the king size bed, private balcony and coffee machine. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The underground parking was especially wonderful to keep my car off the streets. The staff were helpful and knowledgable and very kind. I much enjoyed how close to everything the hotel is and how easy it was to pop back to the room quickly.

The king size bed although luxurious and quite enjoyable just wasn't as soft as I enjoy my beds to be. Feels like there needs to be better signs for how the parking works, we thought you had to pay through hangtag but you don't, but it is awesome you guys charge less than hang tag. There were also some holes in the balcony covered by loose circles that should probably be secured down.

I liked that it was very easy to get to the hotel from the pacific central station (7min by taxi) and it was within walking distance to many places and easy access to get on the hop on hop off buses.

The only disadvantage is that it is located in a very hotspot for night life so it can be very noisy on weekends with lots of sirens and always something going on. I guess that’s the way it is in the big cities. The value for money I think for the room price per night maybe breakfast could or should have been included?

Good size suite for a family of 5 and nice to have a separate living room from bedroom. There is a bedroom with two double beds which are small but we managed by one adult sharing with one kid. pull out was fine for our third kid. Double beds were comfortable. Nicely updated hotel. One of the more “affordable” hotels downtown. Close to a variety of good restaurants. Close to two awesome playgrounds/parks.

Noisey on the weekend on Granville. On the same block as the safe consumption site so lots of people dealing with homelessness and drug addiction on the sidewalks. Beds would be so much nicer if queens. Couch needs some cushions or an upgrade, it’s stiff. TV would’ve been great if it was a smart tv. Parking was really pricey. No pool.

The location was in Downtown Vancouver and was very convenient to many places. It was nice to have a suite with a real door dividing the rooms. The double beds were very comfortable. The patio was also nice addition. Having a Keurig and knowing about it ahead of time was handy, as we brought our own preferred coffee pods. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

While is was nice to have regular plugs and USB plugs in all the lamps, the plugs were very loose and the devices kept getting unplugged. The chair in the couch area was very uncomfortable and squeaky to sit on. One of the elevators was broken, so it took awhile for the elevator to get to the 10th floor where we were staying.

They forgot to make one bed and after we told them they just left the sheet on top of the couch for us to do it by ourselves. We didn’t have enough towel. But they offered us free parking to make up for it. At lot of homeless outside the hotel.

This hotel is located only a few blocks from Yaletown where there are a good number of restaurants and is similarly a a few blocks from the main downtown area. The rooms are reasonably spacious and well appointed and the bed was particularly comfortable. Also good air conditioning.

Some might find this hotel slightly tired and dated. Homelessness seems to be a particular problem in the immediate overall of the hotel.

The location was fantastic. It was within walking distance to shopping districts, restaurants, and Canada Place. Also it was very convenient to have the bus pick us up from the hotel when we did the Bouchard Gardens/Victoria Island tour.

Although it was fine it would have been nice if there was a pool for the kids to enjoy in the evening.

The staff were fantastic, from the Manager, to the front desk and the the staff in Edges restaurant, all were so helpful and friendly. Location was good to all parts of Downtown Vancouver. Wasn't too far to the metro station if we wanted to use it.

Getting 5 towels for 5 people each day, rather than 3 and always having to ask for 2 more!

The professionalism was on point. When I needed anything up to my room there was no delay or miscommunication. They doubled checked and service was prompt!

I didn’t like that I was not given a king bed Instead we were given 2 queen. I like to sleep with my husband. He is a big man and in a queen bed there is no room for me!

Very friendly staff. Great location. And also the gym was well equipped.

Unfortunately there was no option including breakfast. But they have a restaurant where you can order a la carte. There are only canadian/american power outlets so be sure to bring an adapter. Also there are no washrooms in the lobby.
