Fridge, microwave, coffee maker all pleasant features. Bed comfortable.

TV didn't work most of the time. The remote was hard to use and didn't work well.

front desk and cleaning staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful- they were excellent loved the bed

room was dark even with all the lights on tv turned on by itself which was creepy

The hotel is very well located for those on lower floors it can be noisy as there is a club across the street. We were lucky and got the top ones and could not hear it.

The location and the price were both excellent. The room was a nice corner suite with two banks of windows. Checkin went well and it had secure parking.

It was pretty much as expected. That end of Granville street is a bit sketch

Very large room, equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Lovely fully equipped kitchen with eating area and outdoor patio space. Laundry machines. Staff very accommodating with any requests. Walked to ferry to Grandville Island in less than 20 minutes.

Parking garage only allows for 6ft 6in height, beware trucks and vehicles with toppers. Parking is $25+ per day. Because the large kitchen is for everyone use, people can be pigs. They need to do their own dishes after cooking full meal.

I understood that there would be adjustments to housekeeping due to Covid but nothing was communicated. I booked an 8 night stay and had to request fresh towels on day 3-only then was I told cleaning wasn’t done daily - even then they didn’t explain I had to schedule a day and time so come day 6, our room needed garbages emptied and a good sweep and I still had to wait an extra day as I hadn’t scheduled it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a flight cancellation & opted to take a flight home a day earlier. Our last night was refunded. We were supposed to ring Booking.com to sort the early departureit but Hotel staff understood we did not want to wait hours on the phone (told there was an extra long wait) after spending hours sorting our flights. Even telling staff we'd sort it via travel insurance, within hours we had an email advising of the 1 night refund 🙂

Staff were friendly and graciously gave us extra time during checkout - thank you! Great location, close to everything downtown. Quiet and spacious rooms. Provided extra cups, coffee when asked!

Some features did not work in room - one side of outlet plugs were not working. Housekeeping accidentally left used gloves on computer desk. Pillows could be larger to fit the bed.

The location in Yaletown is great: a short ride from the Amtrak station and right next to Granville Street (lots of shops and a good variety of restaurants) and a short walk to the water front and the sea wall where you can walk or bike forever. You can take a nearby water taxi to Granville Island or you can walk over the bridge. Our corner room was on the 11th floor and overlooked the beautiful skyline of sky scrapers. The king bed was so comfy with soft sheets and duvet. The bathroom was not big but not too tight and had plenty of hot water. There was a microwave (which we could not get to work) and a nice fridge in the room. The staff was generous and helpful and cheerful and went the extra mile in retrieving something we had left in the room after we had checked out. We like to walk/hike and explore (a great way to see the city) and one day walked down (pretty flat) Granville Street to Gastown then to Chinatown. Another day we walked to Beaver Lake in Stanley Park then to the totems and back. We also walked south across both nearby bridges and explored Granville Island. The city is your oyster from this location.

You had to type in a code for each TV channel (i.e. no channel up or down) and there was no "last channel viewed" button, plus on the TV list it was impossible to know what each Canadian station offered so each code entry was a guess. A minor thing.
