From bottom to the top this place is amazing. Beautiful marble floors and walls with gold finishes. The staff were so nice and helpful. John checked us in and was so sweet. I had a personalized note in my room with some chocolate upon arrival. The room was a corner unit with a walk in shower it was nice and the attention to detail was noticed. The breakfast on the 16th floor was a beautiful bonus. The dining room was so nicely set up with huge windows that you get an amazing view of Halifax. Kudos to the chef because the breakfast was so delicious and plentiful. On Sunday the GM Nimfa came up (for breakfast) and spoke with every guest that was there. She is such a nice person who is so personable and takes pride in her hotel and staff. I will and have been recommending the Halofax Tower to anybody who will listen in PEI 😀 Thank you for an amazing experience. I will definitely be back.. Thank you Kate you were a pleasure as well

*Location was great within 15 min to 1/2 hr of all places we needed to go *Restaurant within the tower was fine dining *Lounge was fun/& had a good time with the exception of the barmaid (woman)not being there during our first & second time going in for happy hour. First time she came back 3 minutes to 5 with happy hour ending at 5 and not getting any drinks upon her return...second time another hotel worker served us drinks because there was no barmaid (same women on duty as the first night)...was told same as day before she would be right back. Gentleman got us our drinks and said we could pay barmaid on her return. *felt very safe *check in staff were very friendly and helpful * bonus to the gentleman who served us in the lounge on the second try at happy hour for going over and above his job description. He was not working in the lounge he was just passing through from another part of the hotel. Kudos to him!!!

Our room was very bright, clean and spacious. The beds were luxurious and comfortable. The hotel is beautifully decorated and all the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was substantial and delicious.

My sister was unhappy about the lack of vegan choices at breakfast.

I like the size and comfort of the bed. I like the food at La Rouge, prime Rib steak done to perfection. The design of the hotel wether you come in on the first floor lobby or 3rd floor check in was absolutely beautiful. The granite or marble makes it look extra classy. Breakfast on the 16th floor was awesome and the Philippina lady was super nice and helpful with everything. Excellent selection for breakfast as well. A nice touch to an already awesome place to stay. I give yhe hotel in general a solid 9.5 /10. The breakfast on the 16th floor was more then I have seen at any hotel and the lady who looked after me. She was from the Phillipines someone give thst lady a raise. She was the nicest polite staff I have ever encountered. Every morning I was greeted by her beautiful smile and a good morning. What a positive way to start your day. Awesome job all around and I hope this message gets back to the staff on the 16th floor and she gets recognized for her positive presence she make first thing in the morning. I stayed at your hotel from out of province for medical treatments. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone I speak too. I will be back in May.

The little things missing in the rooms. It would be nice to have menus in a binder for local places to order food from. Small pad of paper and pen in each room would be nice. There should also be a Bible in every room as well as a phone book. The price was ok but the average person could not afford to stay here on a premium room.

Loved the decor and how spacious everything was. Beds were AMAZING and breakfast selection was great. Our check in attendant, Rosa zi believe her name was, she was INCREDIBLE. So sweet and informative. A true pleasure to deal with.

The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and I 100% disliked the sliding door handle on the bathroom. Not very functional at all. Also found the sink to be too far back on the vanity top. I’m not very tall and my 8 year old daughter had to be lifted up to brush her teeth and wash her hands.

The Halifax Tower Hotel & Conference Centre is a beautiful hotel to spend a night at! The design and decor throughout the hotel is stunning! The room was very clean and spacious! I booked the Deluxe King Bed with the walk in shower and it was so nice! The room was very well laid out! The staff were all very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! After checking in and being in the hotel room for roughly 20 minutes, guest services called up and asked if everything was up to my satisfaction and if I needed anything sent up! They offer breakfast that is included with your stay and it is great! It’s buffet style with many options! Thank you for such a great stay Halifax Tower!!

Treated my Mom to an overnight getaway at this lovely hotel. We live in the Halifax area but we combined our stay with some shopping and pedicures in the area to make it a mini vacation! We felt very indulged at the beautiful Halifax Towers, from the spacious well appointed room, the free heated underground parking to the luxurious loungers in the pool area and the gorgeous marble entrance and lobby! We also really enjoyed the generous hot breakfast, that is included, with panoramic views from the 16th floor. Our dinner at Le Rouge, located on first floor, was delicious and the service was excellent.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, good hot and cold selections for breakfast. Jazz music playing everywhere really created the ambience. Having a nice bright dining room on the top floor.

It was hard to tell from the street where the front entrance to the hotel was as all you could see was the restaurant. It was really weird having reception on the 3rd floor. Would have been nice to have a sign outside the building saying reception was on the 3rd floor. We drove around and around because the door to the hotel was much smaller than the one to the restaurant. I just guessed it was there because I saw the staircase and chandeliers in the window as we drove past.

I have stayed here twice and from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you are greeted with a smile! the customer service is top notch. the room are clean and have a-lot of space. the beds are so comfortable we all slept great. the pool is heated which is fantastic and who doesn’t love the option of a hot tub too. the free breakfast is amazing and on the top floor with a beautiful view. we went to the restaurant as well and it is delicious, mostly seafood base but you can easily find something without seafood if it is not your jam. i highly recommend.

My family got a surprise after entering the room. A welcome card with my name, two chocolates and two bottles of water. The room is spacious and clean. The pillows and beds are comfortable. The elevator runs smoothly, the breakfast is amazing. Everything are well organized. The staff and the manager serve their guests with heart.

I suggest to have a clock in the pool area for guests to know the time.
