Value for money!! The rooms were spacious and had everything we wanted for a good night's sleep and stay as we explored the Muskoka region. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee and tea maker, 2 paper cups. Towels, basic toiletries and tissues were provided. No closet but hangers and a space to hang up clothes was appreciated. Breakfast was again basic but enough for us to fuel up before heading out for the day. Bagels, toast, butter, jam, cereal, fruit, cream cheese, juice, tea and coffee was enough for us. There's also a vending machine on the premises. We brought our own snacks. Staff was helpful and provided us with extra towels, water bottles and band aids for my son when we asked. Location was fantastic!! 3 min to Gull Lake Park which has a diving platform that kids loved. Under 30 min drive to Bracebridge and Arrowhead Provincial Park. Close to amenities and convenience stores. Must try Pizzas from Pizza One down the road.

Some of the surfaces in the room had dust on them, would appreciate better cleaning.

It’s good value for money. Pretty simple and outdated, but clean and convenient place for Muskoka adventures. The great advantage for us-they are dog friendly!

The breakfast was very basic and still enough for very early mornings:) but what we would suggest is to add more colours to the walls (pics off muskoka sightings?) and music in the room. It will make breakfast so much better;) thanks!

Everything was clean and working. The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was simple but enough. There were enough parking spots and very close to the hotel there are cafeterias, shops and restaurants.

I would have liked to open the window for some fresh air, but was too close to the street. Still, a minor problem.

The hotel location is perfect, walking distance from all the stores, small caffe bars and restaurants. Very quiet room, facing the street but quiet. The room is the good size, not too small. The beds are specious and comfortable. There is a fridge and microwave in every room which is very useful and convenient.

The bathroom cabinets, bathtub and the dresser need some upgrade or renovation. Other than that everything else is ok.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The lobby was welcoming. Great location

There were no elevators and I had a lug my suitcases up to the 2nd floor. There were people on the back steps with a six pack of beer and smoking. They were there most of the evening. Lastly the hotel could use a more up date sign, looking very worn.

Breakfast was great most items had good selection options. Location was easy to find and very clean.

Maybe a little more variety for fruit at breakfast - bananas and apples The volume on the TV if it could be increased a little for volume.

Check in was quick and easy, the beds were comfortable and the location was easy to find and close to many restaurants and a kids playground.

The breakfast was very basic (bread, bagels, cereal and bananas) and the curtains let through a lot of light which made getting kids to bed difficult.

Accommodations were great! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

The breakfast was not very good at all! It included pre-packaged sweet items. I understand that is was covid and they couldn't provide a hot breakfast, but it would have been nice if they had included some bread with butter, jam, peanut butter, cream cheese, etc., instead of sweet dessert type items.

Friendly staff, good location, great prices..They are always there to do stuff for you. We stay here every time i have to go south for the drs appointments. Handicap rooms would be nice.

Rooms could use a little repairs, also no fruit in breakfast room. But most of all no electric doors for handicap access.

It’s such a nice little hotel very close to everything like Starbucks, Subway, Tim Hortons and Canadian Tire
