I liked that it was central to what we had planned for the weekend. Breakfast was good. Very nice selection.

We did find it very hard to understand the young man that checked us it. We had to ask him to repeat himself every time and still didn't understand him. In the service industry it's very important to speak the language clearly and enunciate and especially for seniors. But all the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and was a bit disappointed that we didn't get our bed made and clean towels if we had needed them. When I stay at a hotel it's a treat to have these things done while on vacation. And I do believe the price does include this. At least it has in the past.

Value for money and central location. I have stayed at several hotels in Collingwood during the ski seasons. Some have been cheaper other more expensive, with more facilities. Comfort Inn provides the perfect compromise and is my go to hotel for skiing at Blue.

Too much use of plastics. Everything for food and drink is disposable and either made of plastic or wrapped in plastic. I would much prefer to see a more environmentally conscious hotel even if it cost a little more.

I can say everything! Don't know why it's just a 2-star!! Way better than some Niagara falls top ranked hotels! Since all the blue mountain hotels/resorts are for at least 2 or 3 days in the season, I booked a Comfort Inn room for a night, which is less than 10min drive from the blue mountain. It has everything you expect from a hotel in the range. Parking included, free of charge!

breakfast was very crowded (nobody wore masks and I was the only one using hotel supplied gloves) and was a free for all - perhaps better to assign rooms with time slots for breakfast to reduce overcrowding and avoid bottle neck. Entrance way was in disrepair with no sign of being fixed and hallways were aged and didn't look as clean as i would have liked. Rooms were clean though - more important....

Breakfast was nice and you were able to eat as much as you wanted. Room was extremely spacious. The hotel was very well situated close to restaurants and the main town.

They could have put more soap for showering and washing hands we only got one soap which we had to use between showering and washing your hands

I like the cleanliness and comfort they give with their accommodation and the close proximity of restaurants and the blue mountain.

Would prefer to have more variety of food with their complimentary breakfast such as pancakes and bacon. Don’t just stick with the same breakfast food choices every day.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Disinfecting wipes were provided in room. The laundry room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was free as it was included in the price.

The bathroom exhaust fan was not working. There wasn't a swimming pool in the hotel.

The hotel has a good location to many attractions along with free parking and providing a free breakfast which was very well done.

The hotel is an older property and could use some updates to modernize the looks and feel of this property.

It was nice having complimentary breakfast

We couldn’t eat breakfast one morning because it was very busy and when we finally got to the front of the line there was no plates and we were in a hurry. The lady was busy stocking other stuff and not the plates.

Room was huge with a fireplace and area to relax on the couch and even a kitchenette. I was not expecting this with my king bed booking. Excellent price point and comfortable bed. Breakfast was great too. No complaints!!
