The room was spacious. The hotel arranged Easter sweets as a welcome gift. The swimming pool was good. The jacuzzi was very good. The lady at the front desk I believe her name is Melanie made sure our stay was special and memorable. The breakfast was amazing. The bed was massive and comfortable. The TV had channels so after a long outing it was nice to come back and relax with a movie and a wine. The hotel gave coupons which can be used at the restaurant next door. It is definitely a worth place to stay. The location was very convenient in a way it's just off the highway. There was no noise and it was one of the peaceful stays we had even though it was fully packed and Easter holiday with lots of kids.

The lady at the front desk with red hair and the only staff without a name tag was racist and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I would have made a video and uploaded to the internet the way she spoke to us in a rude way. Definitely fire her or a most likely law suit will be initiated by someone. Thankfully Melanie stepped in and handle the situation better.

The staff and the property overall are just awesome, I’ve stayed at St.Regis, the trump in Toronto and many higher end hotels in Montreal but nothing competes when the staff are just so kind and friendly it’s a cool property that I think my family and I will stay at every summer as a little weekend getaway. They pool and hot tub is awesome and the arcade is perfect for kids it’s one of the only affordable family getaway’s and it’s close to everything!

I was given a Queen bed room instead of a King bed room. I thought I booked a Queen bed room by mistake. Before checkout I reviewed the booking info and realized I was given a Queen room by mistake. The staff were understanding and compensated me for the mistake. The pool was great the breakfast was good and in general I enjoyed the stay. All the staff co-operative.

Getting the right room in the first place.

The pool and hot tub area was large and open. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The arcade, bowling and bumper cars were a highlight that set this property apart from other properties. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating.

The location "downtown", amenities and staff. When I arrived I was told that my room was not ready yet. They put me in an empty room for the time being. Which I should've declined on bc I had to lug my belongings from room to room. But regardless, an hour later they called to let me know my room was ready and my room was exactly what I booked and it was such a relaxing trip, the sauna was terrific, the pool was great too. I didn't check out the hot tub bc i had a jacuzzi tub in my room. Ari the woman who I dealt with at the lobby desk is very good at her job, courteous and a pleasure to have met. Long story short I was offered a discounted rate for the inconvenience of my room not being ready when I checked in. I will definitely be returning to this location. Also the breakfast was decent and I was told they had bumper cars along with billiard tables and an arcade in the attached restaurant area.

The amount of walking in the building. Up the stairs down the stairs ect. Very confusing and for people with mobility issues. It wouldnt be suitable at all. Maybe include a map during check in.

Patio Door Access to the car for unloading to the room… plus smoking access from patio door! Great Bed & Bedding! Fridge & Microwave in the room is so awesome! Clean towels & Good Pressure Shower! Pleasant Staff and Good Buffet Beakfast…even offered Take-out containers when I said I couldn’t stay and eat due to time restrictions!

On Lower Level near Pool…room smelt off! Not like Chlorine & Not like Mold… but half & half Combo! Not Pleasant but understand it was probably bcuz of the pool area & proximity!

Great location, rooms on the second floor with balconies, so you can get some fresh air, spacious room at the expense of a bathroom, comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet choice was one of the biggest I've seen in Ontario, kids loved the pancakes :) We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi, but it looked nice.

I was surprised to see the Game Bar next to the hotel (it's connected with a hall), but most of the machines were out of order, pool tables, bowling alley...that could be fun if working.

tv was very snowy and no channels to choose from some of the guest were rude to others

Excellent accomodations. Really clean bathroom and spa tub is amply sized. Lots of hot water. Wonderfully friendly and helpful front desk and housekeeping staff. Very affordable pricing. Fireplace room was beautiful and adequate. The breakfast options were sufficient considering the transition from pandemic to non-pandemic context. Location was handy for wherever you want to go - walking or driving for groceries, fast food. No smoke smell whatsoever in the wing our room was located. Would definitely go to this place again!

Stayed at Quality Inn for a weekend hockey tournament. Convenient location close to arenas. Kids loved the pool. Reasonable cost. Great continental breakfast. There is a bar & grill with mini arcade and bumper cars attached…kids had a good time there too. I would definitely stay there again if back in Orillia for hockey!
