Days Inn Hotel Suites by Wyndham is my Go to safe, secure, comfortable and very well maintained and Managed by Ellen the General Manager since Laurie retired. Brian is an awesome Night Manager who set up the nicest breakfast with all the items to recharge the Day. Five minute walk to Tim Hortons since the one in Casino Rama has closed down due to very low volume of guests.

The water in the Swimming pool is full and pristine yet due to filter system parts will be unavailable till the fall of 2023. The fitness room was pre-cooled and fun to exercise in. The Hot Tub was empty as of July 2023.

I was surprised how nice this hotel was. Simple but very efficient. Free coffee and juice in the lobby. Breakfast was simple, but delicious, nothing beats a waffle. The room was great and very clean. I did a bed bug check and it was all clear ( something I always worry about). It was a quick walk to the casino. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

My stay was excellent, with no complaints. But understand that this hotel is not right in town, but just a short drive to all amenities and an easy walk to casino. The breakfast was great, but know going in that there is no meats available, only the basics like muffins, toast, cereals, yogurt, etc. ( the bonus is fresh waffles!!!)

the room was gave me a comfort feeling. The beds were okay, but the breakfast was amazing! The price was right, and because we were going to Casino Rama for a concert, the location was great (it's literally a 7 minute walk, give or take depending how fast of a walker you are. The staff were exceptional as well.

you could unfortunately hear people in the hallways when they were going to and from their rooms. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing!

The breakfast was substantial. Coffee was good and plentiful.

I do not know if this can even be fixed and it did not exactly detract from my stay but…. The bed in the room I stayed in is in direct line with the door. The door was in no way light sealed. It came in on all 4 sides and it was bright! Could the bed be moved to the opposite wall or at least dim the hall lights outside. I used an eye mask but not everyone travels with one.

I found a few staff members were very polite. The front desk person on Saturday morning gave us a box of truffles for our anniversary. The person that cleaned the breakfast area kept it open for us on Sunday. She saw us coming for breakfast and let us grab items before she closed up even though we were the ones that made the mistake, and not realizing that it had already closed down.

The pool was closed and unfortunately we were not informed prior to going.

Breakfast was good. Missed Decaf coffee. Room was great. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We like that the Motel is across from Casino Rama. The front desk clerk got a hold of us on our Cell phone before we left the property. My husband did not realize that he needed to retrieve the $200 deposit in person before we left. He used his Debit card to pay. I usually pay by Credit Card so it automatically goes back on the card. Very attentive (Chinese) lady at the desk.

We just missed the Decaf coffee.

Super friendly and helpful staff, everyone from reception to cleaning, greeted us with a smile and tried their best to make us feel comfortable. We got a spacious room, with garden view, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathtub was in great condition. Free WiFi which was also properly working. Free and sufficient parking. The breakfast (included) was also exceeding our expectations: coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, toast, bagels and also freshly baked waffles. Overall great value! It exceeded our expectations beyond its star rating.

The pool was unfortunately closed.

This is the second stay at this hotel. The location is very close to the casino and a short drive to downtown. We were warmly welcomed and appreciate the day staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are clean with a coffee maker, fridge and microwave.

The beds were too soft and the pool still is not available

Not good for a diabetic. Breakfast had limited selection.

The hotel price we booked was $279. The online price was $239. When we got there the rate was $169. We had booked online, cancelled our original reservation and then found out it was cheaper day of stay.

We had a wonderful evening on a very stormy night. We walked in drenched and cold with two young children. Our lady at the desk was empathetic and quick to get our room keys. The room was clean and beds were great. At the morning breakfast we were greeted by another LOVELY lady working who helped us get Label information for allergies for our son for some of the food at the breakfast. She was amazing and should be commended for her kindness and compassion. Everyone was so kind. So so kind.

Truly, nothing. It was great.
