The King + Fireplace room was spacious with kitchenette, study desk, sitting area, and stools to eat at the bar. The bed was super comfortable and bathroom equipped with all necessary amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. The staff were incredibly helpful --- especially Ben who helped us find laundry services and Donna who went out of her way to help me with a special request late in the evening. The breakfast was busy and had a wide offering of items to choose from. The proximity to Couchihing Point park and walking paths was perfect with restaurants walking distance from hotel. It was a great location to explore Orilla from and relax for a long weekend.

The hotel appears to prefer using paper cups for coffee instead of porcelain property-wide. Neither the breakfast area nor our room had any, but the front desk provided a mug for me when I asked. A sponge and tea towel would have been helpful too for washing up dishes. The 'spa' bath was a jetted bathtub that I chose not to use during my stay. All minor issues that did not disrupt the stay.

Beautiful location..our room wasn't ready due to late check outs..the front desk woman was excellent.. friendly, informative, helpful and even being very busy took the time to personally check that we had an appropriate room. They are lucky to have her working for them! I don't remember her name but her brunette with glasses cheery demeanor made us feel extremely welcome.

The only thing we didn't like is the room smelled stale. No window to open. Fresh air is imperative for us. It was clean and comfortable otherwise.

No rooms with walk in showers. I have mobility issues and stepping in and out of a tub is not safe for me. The Bistro was closed I believe permanently yet was advertised on bookings.com so we had no choice but to go out for meals other then breakfast

Very friendly Staff, Ben and Bill were very helpful. Sue, Ryan, Chris, Jen and Bee worked so hard to sanitize, set up fresh linens and toiletries. The Suite #211 had a beautiful view of the gardens courtyard. A nature trail goes from Bridge Point Marina all the way to the Public Beach. Water was warm and chest deep.

The Whirlpool tub and Sauna were not available as per Public Health concerns. The awesome breakfast made up for the closed facilities.

We liked the room. The bed was comfortable. The double Jacuzzi tub was fun. The electric fireplace provided nice ambiance. The breakfast was very good for this type of property. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a little dark. The bathroom fan was too loud. The heating/air conditioning was functional but difficult to control. The adjoining restaurant is currently closed.

We’ve stayed here before and always love the walk down to Couchingching Point Road to the lake.

This time our room was located right beside the outdoor smoking area and we could smell smoke seeping into the room somehow, perhaps through the ventilation system. It bothered me part of the night and the room was not as fresh as we’ve experienced in the past.

We loved the hot tub in the room there should be more places with rooms like that and the breakfast was hot and the food was great tasting. The lady was friendly and inviting.

Actually my husband said usually you can pick something out that you did not enjoy about a place but he could not pick out a thing he enjoyed everything about it. It was outstanding. I would love to take my grandchildren this summer back there to use the beach area they told me about. The people on the front desk were so easy to talk with and told us all we needed to know about the place, very helpful.

The shuttle to Casino Rama and back was great. Every staff member we met was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and our room was very quiet and comfortable.

The location is squeezed between a major roadway and residential areas but the proximity of a park along the lake shore does make up for it

Bed was comfy...the water pressure in the shower was like getting pressure washed...loved it..very clean..

The restaurant sucked...know that the hotel had no real control over this...cold food, tough roast beef...did not like having to put the meal on our hotel tab....
