The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. He recommended restaurants to go to. He made sure our room was ready and turned heat on. Was very nice to deal with. Later that evening our remote would not work. We asked the younger fellow who was working to help. He brought us a new remote. Was good for one nights stay.

When we arrived, one room had a couple fighting. Yelling and screaming. There was also a lot of rooms that seemed to rent for long term or people living there. I wish it was mentioned on site that this location allows people to live there.

The rooms are newly renovated Inside with a Great Heating and Cooling System The washroom is brand new with a TV on the wall opposite the mirror ! there’s a big TV in the room with a couch opposite of it as well as. a great closet with hangers that’s brand new as well. Its quiet and calm if your looking for a place to stay in Kingston for work or even just leisure the rates are awesome and the hotel as well as the cleaning services are awesome Check in was quick and easy as well towels and sheets were all clean and freshly washed when asked 😊

Exceeded my low expectations. Bottom line room was very clean; beds were very comfortable. Air Conditioning worked very well. Refrigerator and freezer worked very well. Parked right in front of my room window.

NO BREAKFAST.

The owner is making an honest offer to renovate and improve the property. There were a couple things like no sink stopper and no hot water at first. This was handled quickly, the hot water shortage that is, the sink stopper not really addressed. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well which was great as it was a record 40 C that evening.

I like a sink stopper for shaving for sure and it shows that a place is well maintained if the little things are taken care of.

Wish there was hot water or faster hot water supply, I so wanted to use the tub when I seen it.

The beds are so comfortable, room looks nice, close to stores and restaurants. Loved it will come again

The beds were comfy and bedding smelt clean and good, rooms had an air conditioner/heater and the bathrooms were well kept and clean. All for a good price in a good location in kingston. Staff were kind and reasonable. Several different payment options to choose from for those without credit cards!

Big room, well furnished, nice renovations.

A touch more on cleanliness. Not bad, but with just a bit more vacuum and bathtub will jump up to excellent.
