The cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was clean.

Space is comfortable, table to work, desk, separate bathroom, kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, very close to shopping plaza, food supermarket, We were in snowy weather and the proximity of the places allowed us to be calm for those many days. Thank you for the support and service to the hotel staff.

Great place to stay. Room was very comfortable and private. Very polite and friendly staff. The snow plough guy even came to ask us if we wanted him to re-plough the pathway out of the motel when he saw us loading up the car. It was a very snowy morning and his thoughtfulness showed caring towards guests. Exceptional service!!

Nice place to stay. I'm around just for work so all I need is a bed, nothing more. So this worked perfectly for me.

Nothing I did not like. There are some items in disrepair though if that is what you are looking for. Pool is one, tennis court is another. not sure about the playground, if it is has one.

The person looking after the place seemed very nice and welcoming, checked in if we were doing okay. The place is close to everything so you can walk everywhere which is useful, it was a quieter place then most places I've been!

One thing that was off was that my specific room smelled like cigarettes but most of the other rooms don't. It's a smoke free place

The motel was close to the Cataraqui Centre Mall, Public Library, several restaurants and a fully equipped and reasonably priced gym. This really was the icing on the cake for me. I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast served was truly something my mother would have made me for Sunday brunch! Very well done. Thank you everyone.

Too many options for going for coffee and shopping for the length of my stay.

The staff was very kind and accomodating. The room was spacious, clean, and smartly furnished. It was really great value as it was the cheapest stay in Kingston, only a dozen minutes away from the city center.

The door could use a security lock, just for ease of mind.

the room was very homely clean and comfortable the bed was very comfortable as well .The staff were very friendly and helpfull we were both very pleased with our stay and would tell our friends about it and would certainly come again

Room comfortable, clean, accommodating. Manager as nice as could be. Lovely. I don't have time to tell you more. Go and stay, it affordable, lovely!

Back window did not fully close/lock. Was two stories up to climb, but... wish I'd noticed it before 2 am!

The motel has been in business for some time, and the decor and fixtures are dated. However, that did not matter to me. Lovely large room, clean. all that I needed was there.
