We booked at short notice for one night and we were happy to find a fridge, TV, aircon, and coffee making equipment in our clean room. We could open a small window but chose to close it so we couldn't hear traffic noise and the occasional train noise. The bed was comfortable. It's only a 10 minute drive along Princess St to downtown Kingston and the lake from the hotel. Recommended!

We stayed on the second floor so it was a bit far to take our luggage past reception, up the stairs and along the corridor to our room.

There was no breakfast because of covid I had to pay for my dog and also deposit in cash they were suppose to put deposit back on my visa but it’s an Rbc right pay visa so have not gotten it I wanted one more night and pay with my deposit but would not allow it so I’m pussed cause I’m out 270 now and 150 for pop machine

Same as top but he could of aloud me to use deposit for another night and even though Ipayed online and had a dog it makes me feel like I got treated like a bum an never left my rm messy all I got back was nothing where is my deposit

Nice and polite customer service, fast check-in and check-out, good selection of food items for breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, free parking right beside the unit.

It was fairly clean and the staff were helpful and nice. The beds were comfy and it came with a microwave and mini fridge.

Although the rooms were clean and neat you could still smell smoke in the room. Perhaps it could be steam cleaned to get the smell of smoke out.

Everything perfectly clean, large spacious room, comfy couch, comfy bed (probably has a topper, supportive but soft on top, my favourite). Was pretty quiet. Wifi worked well. Competitive pricing. 20 min walk from the train station along sidewalks.

room had two beds( requested it) not a lot of room left only one desk chair , was not pleased with the smell of pot smoke in the lobby, could have got high just standing there and breathing, same in the upper hallway

It was my son‘s birthday, and I drove to Kingston to celebrate it with him, I had a beautiful birthday card, but there was no pen in the room for me to fill out the card, I went to the front counter, and they were very very helpful! The night before when we got there, you could tell the front counter staff was tired, that was greeted with smiles and a pleasant welcome!!

Ended up next to a room full of young men who partied till 2am

It's dated, it's non-smoking hotel but i can smell the it when we checked-in but it'll disappear eventually. The surprised the room were really clean, the bed sheets, towel and pillow cases smells sooo good - i slept like a baby. They have a good working fridge and microwave in the room so that's a plus. Definitely good value for your money!

No breakfast served because of the restrictions, but we have been on a driving no trip and found other places where they managed to safely serve breakfast

On a previous attempt to ckeck in the desk clerk was outside on his phone smoking. He completely ignored me, didn't even acknowledge my presence after 15-20 minutes of being ignored I went elsewhere.
