The room was comfortable. it is nice to have a sink separate from the main bathroom.

As a senior who is recovering from hip surgery, a walk in shower would have been better. The tub also needs something to ensure one does not slip. I also did not like that Booking.com said that breakfast was included when it was not. I specifically asked for a place with breakfast included and I’d not discover booking’s error until we went in to the dining room for breakfast. I was not the only guest who had booked with that assumption. This is NOT the hotel’s mistake. It is a booking.com error.

The staff was helpful and accommodated us before the check in time. Bed were full size where was the room mentioned queen size, but the staff did make up by providing an extra best which we requested. Location was easily accessible and there was plenty of parking spaces.

Sauna was closed, Coffee was limited. Would appreciate if water bottles were provided at welcome in the room. Pool and Whirlpool was good in size and cleanliness. Only issue was there was too much of chlorine in the pool water. Rooms should be upgraded and renovated.

Absolutely everything went well . It way exceeded our expectations!! The room was ok but the meals were delicious, the staff were friendly from the wait staff to the receptionist. The prices were terrific for the amount of servings to the cost of the room. We only stayed 2 nights but we enjoyed it so much we are planning more stays soon.

We couldn’t find fault with anything. Any glitches were our mistakes-minor knowing how to use the remote, the tv not coming on (we just didn’t know how to do it),toilet plugging. But all were handled with courtesy despite our lack of knowledge.

The price is good value. The rooms are large and have a balcony. Good for knowing the weather outside without having to leave the room. The location is easy access to all eateries and shopping. The hotel shows recent upgrades and deserve credit for doing so.

The beds were okay for 1 night but too soft for extended stays. Could be a personal thing. Unfortunately the attached restaurant was closed for evening meals.

Clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and hot tub great. The attached restaurant offered good pub food and very friendly.

Although there was a coffee bar, there was no cream, only the powdered creamer. I was disappointed when I asked at the desk if she could get me cream from the breakfast room, and she said she couldn't. Some protein for breakfast would have been nice as well.

It was good that the bathroom was divided so one person could have privacy while another person could use the extra sink.

The extra cot we requested for a child was almost impossible to squeeze into the room while still keeping a safe exit open. We managed but it was tight. A smaller 'cot' would have been the solution.

The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent very filling. The pool was great extended hours are nice from 7 in the morning till 10 at night. Never busy. The staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately the sauna was out of order. It is an older hotel but it was fairly clean .

Rooms are very nice, with very comfortable beds. The pool is excellent and nice and warm. The restaurant on site has a decent choice of meals and there is a little separate bar with a sports channel on the tv. There is plenty of parking and to get to downtown takes maybe 15 minutes in a vehicle.

The restaurant-cafe has changed its morning hours to 7am opening. So if you have to leave earlier, plan to get your breakfast elsewhere. You have to pay for it anyway because it is not included in the room rate. There is a coffee maker in the room, but if you hate artificial creamer, bring milk or cream with you. There is no microwave in the rooms, which was a surprise. The fridge also froze everything completely solid overnight!

Staff are always super friendly. They always take time to chat and ask questions about your stay. Will be back!

Well, more coffee in the room would be nice but there's more than enough there. The shower curtain was too long so, if we want to be picky, they could be shorter?

The pool ! My main reason for booking here is because I love swimming and need warm water due to a sensitivity to cold. The pool area (room and water temperature) is very warm including as well as the hot tub and very clean. The staff was very friendly when I called and took the time to confirm details about the pool for me. Also the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms have been renovated, everything was very clean very nice, left a good tip.

A neighbour kept opening and close their patio door every 5 minutes and I could hear it but that's not the hotel's fault. The outside will need renos soon but that didn't affect my stay, it's just an older building which is normal.
