The Building is new so the rooms still smells fresh. The room we had was very spacious not unlike the old Hotels or Motels. Everything is brand new -heated mirror in the washroom so it won’t be foggy. Hotel is creeky it feels like it’s just a house. The breakfast part was our favourite it gave us the vibe like we were in Carribean holiday. Many varieties to choose from-3 kinds of muffin, loafs with toaster-w/ jams, peanut butter, butter,make your own waffles-chocolate & plain flavour, different flavours of yogurt, boiled egg, sausage & scrambled eggs, juice dispenser-3 kinds, the best one you can make your own coffee-cappuccino, mochaccino, espresso, latte, French vanilla, mocha and more, fresh fruit, cereals. Hotel is beside Dominos pizza, actually there lots of different restaurants around them, close to shoppers and close to Winners.We loved our stay.

It could have been better if there is an early check in, like as soon as a room is available, so people can leave their things in the hotel and go out and have some fun or atleast after a days fun they can rest and then get ready for night out again.

It's a nice clean bright hotel. Friendly helpful staff; the breakfast bar was clean and constantly stocked and supervised. 24/7 access to a coffee bar, and a comfortable bed.

We stayed in the handicapped accessible room, as I'm recovering from hip surgery. The bathroom needs an upgrade: it should have a fan; the bathroom door can't be propped open, and the toilet is not the proper height. Regular rooms need hand-held shower wands to be installed for seniors.

The hotel was very clean and inviting. The room was very clean and the aC worked very well. I like how the hotel was so close to the mall and Walmart was near by as well. There is a lot of shopping and food right around the hotel.

I loved that breakfast was free however time for breakfast are 6-9. I went at 8:30, because that’s when me and my family woke up, and it was packed. They ran out of food and shut down things before I was able to get what I needed for my family.

Location was perfect for our simple overnight stay. Staff DID outline the breakfast routine but we did not take advantage of it this time.

Price to book direct with hotel was ridiculously high compared to Booking.com on-line. At almost half, we obviously booked online. Had we simply selected a hotel based on individual hotel web site pages, we likely would have skipped staying here and opted for another spot nearby.

It was a good location. The hotel was new and the rooms were clean and bright.

The internet was not reliable. Any travellers who would absolutely need the internet for any important connection to family or work would have been disappointed with the strength.

Exceptionally clean and was like brand new Extremely comfy beds! Friendly front desk staff Room had all the amenities needed (fridge , microwave , coffee machine ) and ample towels, supplies etc

Room 102- right beside exit door on first floor so was a lot of people coming and going slamming the door at midnight

Réception super nice! Very clean! Breakfast was perfect. Thank you for being a pet friendly hotel and we will definitely stay there again when passing through!!!

The only thing I’d say is keep breakfast open at least til 10 or 1030. We r on vacation and don’t like to have to wake up early and stress to go have breakfast.

It was clean , quiet and the room included everything we needed . The breakfast was amazing everyday some different meals .

The location was perfect very close to Mall and it was very quiet no noise from other rooms at all. The staff were very kind.

our room had humming noise coming from below. since we were ground level this would be something from basement. you could feel vibrations on your feet so it was moderately annoying as it never stopped but aside from that nothing to complain. quite the opposite and I’ll be coming again but will ask for upper level room.

Breakfast was the average selection. Coffee was extra tasty but there was only one machine so the line was long! Rooms spacious and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful!

Location is far from town - but Ubers and taxis were readily available.
