Very convenient stay for a family with 3 kids coming from outside the city for a week!! Easy parking, good accessibility to highway exits, well organised kitchen space with adequate amount of cutlery and crockery. Housekeeping is provided as needed. Overall, will definitely recommend.

There was a moldy smell. Possibly from the AC vent or the carpet. Can't be sure. Placing airfreshners in AC vent helped with that!

amenities are great, pool, breakfast bar and outdoor patio area with a fire pit, parking is free and easy. Front staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and hospitable - offering helpful services and suggestions, and really looking to make the stay pleasant.

it was convenient to where we need to be, but is located in a business park…so no nice views, etc. no much can be done about that though!

The friendliness and quick work of the staff, as well as the quietness of the facility.

Maybe a little picky, but when we arrived the garbage by the elevator on our floor was overflowing. It was in the same state when we checked out in the morning.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. very nice facilities and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast is really good. It only lacks a meat option for breakfast, but overall very good with several options.

Although I was there for only one night, this hotel would be perfect for short stays in Milton. Great suite, comfortable and all you would need for a kitchen (large fridge, dishes and even a dishwasher. The bonus is cream for your coffee not powder!

WiFi wasn't secure so I couldn't use it for work (my institution wouldn't allow me to connect to our email). Breakfast was fine but could have been better.

Small matter. The sliding door in the bathroom squeaks on opening & closing. (#404) Annoying in the middle of the night. Weekend breakfast a bit of gong show with numbers.

Clean, nice, lots of room with 2 queens and all the rooms have pull outs. No extra cost for parking. Continental breakfast was the bast. Lots of options and the kids ate well.

My wife is very particular on cleanliness and the room was excellent! Finally no complaints from my wife and she was able to relax and enjoy.

Pricing was a little high but seeing the quality and cleanliness made up for it.

The suite (and the hotel in general) was sparkling clean and well equipped. The staff always welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was practical and excellent. The pool was very clean and well maintained.

Location a little out of the way.
