I enjoyed everything about the property! I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I also really liked that there was a steakhouse on site! I had visited there for dinner both of the nights me and my boyfriend stayed and we had Denny’s when we had arrived as well! I really liked how spacious the rooms were and how clean and pristine everything was. the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room had everything and more that we had needed! the location was also very convenient and bright and located close to the highway which was very nice!

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property

The room was standard, clean and nice size washroom. The Oakville hotel pool/hot tub was open and very nice. The room had hidden microwave, glasses and tea/coffee, an added extra I enjoyed the surprise. The pool had towels so you did not need to use the room ones.

We could not open the window drape shades all the way and I noticed it was because the view was not great, thoughtful of them. A separate pot to boil water not to get coffee taste in tea would have been nice, not a must have but a nice to have. The iron machine is getting a bit tired, but it did the job.

The location is perfect and amazing for me, friendly staff. I consider the hotel as a second home for me. I started staying in the hotel since its launch 2016 except 2020 and 2021.

The luggage car needs maintenance , and the Tea and Coffee in the lobby should be till 10 am. As the hotel is pet friendly, I need a written confirmation that the bed sheets are perfectly cleaned and sanitized

The room was clean and pet friendly for $20 pet fee. The washroom had hand sanitizer, towers, hairdryer, toiletries, rotating mirror and more lights: it was perfect. There was big tv, mircowave, mini ref, coffee maker and flat iron (which we never use). I think there was also a safe deposit box, I don't recall but there was an comforter ready to use.

I could have given lower than 9/10 due to Chop/Danny rooftop blocking the window view but the room was all that we needed. The price $130+ didn't include breakfast, then include tax total $155+ 😔

Friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable beds, location is quite central with easy access to major highway, adequate guest parking available. Close to Cineplex and shopping complex

One of our rooms were left unlocked when we returned at night. Thankfully nothing was missing, it was an oversight by the housekeeping

Rooms are on the smaller side but comfortable. Conveniently has breakfast and dinner restaurant attached. Shopping, restaurants and movie theatre nearby. Close to the highway. They allow animals

We brought our small dog, and unfortunately we were located on the bottom floor by the restaurant and people were walking by all night and were quite loud, which woke us frequently and agitated my dog.

I have stayed in this hotel several times❣️ The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Danny’s restaurant was nearby. In all, my stay was wonderful❤️

The only thing I didn’t like was the extra $50/day charge for damage (if needed) If the room was not damaged, they would refund my $100 in 4-6 days.

Our room had modern decor, comfortable king size bed. Very clean and well maintained. I could open the window to let in fresh air which is something I appreciate. I enjoyed the pool and fitness room. It has a Denny's restaurant and a nice looking pub attached to the hotel. The movie theatre is two minutes away. Right off the highway.

I didn't like that our room had wall to wall carpet. It was clean but that's just not my preference.

The location was not spectacular aesthetically, but handy to motorway & close to major shopping complex/ factory outlet stores

Great customer service. Clean and comfortable. The carpet was exceptionally clean and plush.

The room was too warm. The ac unit didn't stay on long enough to cool down the room. Adjusting the thermostat didn't make the ac unit turn on. There were silverfish bugs in the bathroom :(
