Ski and the location.

Out dated , no usb connection the drawer is chip, not sound proof very noisy.

Breakfast was well done, good selection/variety they could use some signage e.g. duel unit in bedroom looked like an air conditioner but also supplied heat so a note on the unit would have saved us a chilly morning after a frosty weather turn; electric fireplace was nice but not warm enough. Replacing powder room toilet in the bathroom with a higher one is needed. Farm-style sink looks good but lacks a plug and is too shallow. Sign in room asks that towels be used more than one day if possible but only one towel rack for two people makes this difficult. Brady in Dining area was delightful and helpful. All the staff were welcoming and responsive to questions or comments

see above but a few gaps that can be remedied like issue with hot water and very low toilet, improve TV listing so programs can be found but small concern since we were not there to care much about that

we love coming to the property. Too bad the skiing was closed. We actually went to Snow valley the next day for skiing.

Had dinner in the lounge and the food was terrible. Wife and I split mussels to start, was brought with no bread, we had to buy some which is not a big deal but I wasn’t fresh. Mussels were not fresh and some were not open and others were cracked. Wife had Kobe burger and I had the chicken sandwich. Both were meh, my son had the penne with tomato sauce and was not good. I don’t expect much for eating in a lounge but seems like there was zero effort made from the kitchen. Breakfast buffet was amazing though! Great stay and super friendly staff, we will be back but we won’t be doing dinner!

Staff was wonderful, especially at the front desk, Smit, who helped with arrangements for my best friend's wedding. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was great. Love the location and the overall chill vibe of the property.

The hallways were a little loud but understandable as there were several weddings going on that weekend (excitement!). There were a few tiny bugs in the room but also understandable given the location of the resort and the time of year. No big deal to me, at least. Room service could use a wider menu but food was still good, and cocktails were delicious.

The rural location. So quiet and beautiful. Near trails away from traffic noise.

No signage outside directing you where to park while checking in. Only fire zone signs. It’s confusing, especially if this is your first time. Inside not enough signage to show where you are and where you need to go. Very noisy air conditioner. Lucky I had ear plugs. Check out staff were quite cranky. I didn’t realize I was getting a free breakfast “, nice surprise.

I ordered the chicken, romaine salad with crushed walnuts for dinner, when I asked why bread was not included, I was told You would have to charge extra. My husband had a pasta dish, he also was not offered bread with his meal. The price of the chicken dish was $19.00, and the pasta was $29.00. A complimentary piece of bread with either of those, is not a big ask, but I was made to think it was. I gave the server a good tip, it was not his fault. The bread was wonderful, give everyone a chance to try it, so include it already!:) Where your prices this high before the pandemic? Your breakfast more than made up for the lack of bread, it was wonderful! Dinner needs work.

Yummy food! We had an excellent dinner! Food quality is a high priority for us and we weren’t disappointed. I think overall the resort was way above expectations in terms of quality for what we paid. The friendliness of the staff was especially notable. Loved that the location was a little tucked away from the hustle and bustle, and allowed us to go for a beautiful hike in the conveniently located Hockley Valley Provincial park. My friend and I both took the opportunity to get massages and found our massage therapists way above average. Will definitely be back.

The indoor pool/sauna area could use a bit of a “facelift”. I wish the hiking trail was accessible without having to drive. Small requests like having drinking glasses delivered to our room were not accommodated and we never did figure out how to use room service/if it was actually functioning because we couldn’t get anyone by phone from our room. These were very minor detractions for us. The plusses way outweighed any little complaints and the friendliness and personability of every staff member we met made ALL the difference.

The room was fantastic. It was very clean and smelled really good when you opened the door. Really nice to soak in the tub after skiing. Ordered pizza delivery and it was excellent! Delivered to the door and not expensive. We booked the pool and fitness centre and it was clean and enjoyable.

The breakfast was excellent; however, it was a little scary with the buffet breakfast....people seemed to be coming and going around the buffet and so I was a little nervous as to spread of covid. Perhaps they could try to have guests enter dining area in one door and exit out another to buffet area. I would recommend they put little sanitizer bottles on every table just so guests could sanitize their hands before eating after touching the buffet spoons and lids on containers. It was a great breakfast though. And perhaps just scary being the first time to a buffet since covid.

Comfortable room, clean, good bed and bathroom linen. Great location, easy to find everything. Very good breakfast.

Babboo restaurant has a limited menu options. Overpriced for what you get. Overpriced buffet in the evening. And not a great selection. Noise insulation in the room is poor. We heard next door people a lot. Tiny swimming pool for this size hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, resort was beautiful, and the ambiance was great.

Booking.com said final price on the form was $248. per night all included and resort charged me $328.29 for the stay. It was $79.89 over the price I was quoted on the form as the final price. Was not happy with this discrepancy.
