Great location and very clean. Great wings at the restaurant too

The staff are all very miserable and unhelpful, especially in the restaurant. Specifically an older man with a moustache, went down for breakfast, waited for a bit, he yelled at us to come in from the podium where it says wait to be seated, tells us to sit at this dirty table and when we do he yells at us that it has to be cleaned and not to sit?? It was confusing to say the least and very unpleasant. We just left after that interaction and went to Starbucks.

I wish we had known that there actually was a pool available. Overall very happy.. nice quite location. Breakfast, although not included, was excellent and our server was great. Much prefer their breakfast over the "included" options we've had at other places.

Found using the hotel key for elevator a bit tricky to use and confusing on our first trip up to our room. This is inside the elevator but I missed that instruction from the front desk but we got it figured out

I needed a place close to my brothers for roshashona and this was the perfect location. I also needed a quiet room as I have a brain injury and the front desk was very accommodating. despite 2 weddings going on I had a quiet and peaceful stay

room service was delivered in styrofoam. I would really have preferred a tray and real cutlery. since it’s expensive it should be nicer

Comfortable hotel - fresh appearance. Very close to Vaughn Mills and easy access to HWY 400. Room was a fair size for 3 adults and a teenager.

Parking was limited (especially as there were functions occurring while we stayed there). Price was a bit high for the value. As we were sharing the bathroom with friends their door design didn't have much privacy. Frosted glass that did not secure as well as a traditional door and opened on the beds.

The Service provided by The hotéis restaurant staff is wonderful, team is experienced and helpful. My family and I had a great experirence during our stay there. I highly recommend the Novo Novotel.

The housekeeping Services is only demand. It could be reviweded.

I was put in a handicap room - not sure why. Didn't ask for it. Bathroom was a little awkward because of that but overall, acceptable. Lighting in the room was poor but I find most hotel rooms are.

Better lighting overhead. To not be put in a handicap room when I don't need one. Some hotel staff members also walked into my room in the afternoon without knocking. It was a little embarrassing.

Staff are friendly and very hepful. breakfast is wonderful and service is great. In our case, the proximity to Wonderand and York campus allow for great business and family stay.

Bathroom doors are with window... with small kids it was difficult to get ready for business meetings in early morning without waking the little ones up.

Great buffet breakfast available and bed was very comfortable. Very spacious and clean. Could not hear the vehicle noises outside which was great.

You could easily hear people talking in the room next to you or in the hallways so the soundproofing was not that good.

Clean and modern facilities.

There were no blinds so the lights at night and morning woke us up - not a good sleep. The movies and remote did not work. When we reported it no one assisted us. For the price, breakfast should have been included. There was not even bottles of water for us.

The proximity to shopping, comfort, and an easy commute to our venues.

The only complaint I have is the cost. I find the price to put your head on a pillow and not much else, far too expensive, and now, due to COVID, beds aren't made, garbage not collected unless requested. That should be a deduction in cost.
