Hotel is very clean, I wasnt able to check in until late that very night the young lady working at the front was very nice. The breakfast in the morning was a bonus they had everything toast, cereal, waffle maker, juices. It felt strange having breakfast after so long since COVID started but overall very clean hotel and quite.

Sheets had a few small stains but not a deal breaker

Continental breakfast, simple but effective. Lots of options, and there was someone there to help out with things like the waffle maker. Room was clean, very standard but good. Good location, lots of parking. Esso station outside too.

There was some construction outside the hotel but it wasn't a bother, just mildly annoying. Didn't have any particular issues but it was only a one night stay.

Staff at the front desk was great. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good (maybe add bagels to the breakfast).

Did not see any cleaning staff not one person which seemed odd. Seemed a little expensive . Saw other air b and b for $25 less per night with more room and in centre of town.

The hotel was impeccably clean and very comfortable, with great beds and bedding. It was in a quiet setting, with easy access to Fergus and also Elora. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

I understand that with COVID restrictions, extra measures need to be taken during dine-in breakfast (e.g. wrapping all breads individually and using disposable table settings). However, there are no recycling containers in the dining room, which means all the plastics and paper are going in the trash. For a hotel committed to being as green as possible, I think more can be done to reduce waste.

I didn't appreciate having a deposit charged to my credit card without my knowledge. I was shocked to check my account and find that an additional $150 had been charged to my credit card. I feel the staff should have told us in advance that an additional charge would be charged instead of just doing it.

Enjoyed our one night stay. Good selection for basic breakfast. Very clean. Bed super comfortable. Front desk staff friendly. Spa attached but didn't have time to enjoy any treatments, maybe next time. Short drive to historic downtown with lovely restaurants and cute little shops.

The parking lot was a bit of a mess but that is my only complaint.

TV wifi kept dropping and was regularly rebooting and shutting down my service. Also, there was no TV guide channel so the only way to find programming was to surf all the channels. Not a big deal, but a small nuisance so I didn't bother complaining at the time.

Exceptional customer service, super clean room and nice decor.

The hotel was very nice. The beds were huge and super comfy!!

The tv seemed really old and the guide didn't work and the remote didn't even have the ability to move from one channel to the next,I had to punch in every number, 716, 717, 718. The tv was the worst part of the whole room

A very clean, very nice place to stay in smalltown Ontario. The complimentary breakfast had everything you'd want from cereal to toast to eggs to fresh fruit. The staff from the manager to housekeeping was beyond pleasant. Would recommend this hotel to anyone spending a night in Fergus.
