Was hoping the room would have a small kitchen that we could use to cook.

Pool was not too accommodating(big), there were about 3 people there and when we came they left, it’s possible they thought the pool wasn’t big enough for all of us, or they had simply been there for a while and decided to go. We were also hoping for a hot tub but it’s not necessary. We also couldn’t find the ice room so we weren’t sure if there was one but our room had an ice bucket with a note letting us know we could get ice. The note should say what floor the ice room is.

"I recently stayed at Aloft hotel for 2nd time and overall had a positive experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, and the hotel itself was a nice place to be. My room was clean and ready when I arrived, which was great to see. The pool was also a highlight of my stay, and I enjoyed spending time there. However, I did feel that there were not enough options for breakfast. While the mini grocery that was available was in the lobby, I would have appreciated a greater variety of choices.l for breakfast or Room service menu. On the other hand, the bed in my room was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Room was big enough to stay with my husband and 2 kidsI also want to give a special shoutout to the reception and room service staff, who were all fantastic and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I had a good experience at Aloft hotel and would recommend it to others.Cant wait to come back again.

No breakfast buffet and room service menu

I like the room layout. Staff are always nice and the lobby always looks cool.

This particular room was odd with the windows. I didn't notice right away that anyone could see me sitting on my bed when they were standing near the elevator around the corner. That made me uncomfortable. Once I noticed I kept that shade down on the window. Also the plug for electronics beside the bed is under the bedside table. Not hard for me but I know it would be hard for my sister if she was there. Also black under there so hard to see.

Really confortable bed, have an smart TV and so close to the mall and lots of restaurants. The reception person was nice. Breakfast is paid but not that expensive. We forgot the toothbrush and they had one for free for the guests. We didn't use the pool but I could see kids there from my window. I would come back there.

My bedroom was close the elevator so we could hear people in the morning. We stayed only for a night and the housekeeper comes to our bedroom at 9:00 asking if we were leaving... So early we were sleeping.

The location is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I did not like the placement of the air conditioning unit. It was placed directly in front of the bed so if your trying to sleep your freezing if your are in any other part of the hotel room you’re to warm if it’s turned down.

I really like how they took my request seriously and added the heart shaped petals I requested as I went there with my spouse for valentines day. all in all the room was great and the staff were friendly.

in my opinion i would say that there was nothing i didnt like. if i were to nitpick i would say that the bed was too soft for my liking but my spouse liked it so no complaints there.

stayed here multiple times, it’s perfect for a shopping trip to Vaughan mills or to access the Vaughan or 407 subway stations for a cheaper alternative to getting downtown. the lounge area is very nice and cozy, and the rooms are exceptional. lots of space and very comfortable and clean. staff are always lovely.

not walking distance to anything other than the mall but this should be expected

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The pool was clean and nicely warm. Plenty of towels and chairs were available there. Breakfast was easy to get and tasteful. The staff was nice and helpful. Close to Vaughan Mills Outlet and Canada's Wonderland park.

Some items for the breakfast combo we got were out of stock, and still, we were charged the same for it.

staff were slow to provide our requested air mattress, and we requested extra towels at check in and on our reservation and never received them. even after we called front desk to ask again. Also, the rooms are beautiful, I just wish that the barn style sliding door to the bathroom closed fully (there’s a gap). It makes it like you’re pooping with your entire travel party.

I wish I got his name but the gentleman who was on the front desk on the morning of the 27th gave us exceptional service. My daughter wanted to swim but the pool was full. He called us as soon as the numbers were low enough that we could get in and even offered to extend our checkout time to make sure she had time. I was very impressed that he took that initiative and it made our stay that much better.

It would have been nice if there was a restaurant or even a little sit down cafe for breakfast. We actually walked over to the hotel across the street to eat (the mall didn't open till 11am and we didn't have access to a car in the morning)
