Super clean, good choice for breakfast, Hotel has a brand new condition. Especially like air conditioning system, not just a window AC. Beds are super comfortable 10/10. Front desk Christine was amazing and super friendly.

Only minor think. You should pay 8$ to get high speed Wi-Fi.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly and engaged in some conversation. I felt welcome and appreciated and will think back on my visit with some gratitude and savoring if there's a time when I'm feeling low. Thank you very much will return to that property or another failed Fairfield Inn... The housekeeping staff were excellent is the room with immaculate. The breakfast staff were awesome! They were engaged in conversation and had worked there for some time it showed in the excellent presentation and quality of the food.

The staff were friendly and helpful The hotel was large and clean The rooms were so large and clean, we each had a big comfortable bed, a kitchen, 2 tvs and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a bathtub. The breakfast was good and staff very friendly I liked how close we were to the airport I took my rental car in day before and got the shuttle back to hotel. In the morning we took the shuttle to the airport and that definitely made it easier for me. I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing Sad it rained all day before we left but we had the comfort of our large room and just watched tv

When our remote/tv stopped working, maintenance was quick and friendly in the resolution! The cleaning staff are good and very positi e and personable! Clean!!!

Was not informed by front desk at check in about how the keycard makes the elevator work. It is a welcomed security feature but need to be informed! Also, we had to teach other confused guests we met on how to use the elevator

This was our third time staying there. The room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was a bonus. I travelled with 3 kids, they enjoyed the pool. The staff were all nice and friendly. There are laundry available for 2 cad each washer and dryer. It can hold a lot and 30 minutes to wash and 1 hour to dry.

I didn't know the airport shuttles only come to pick you up as requested. You have to make a call on arrival if you need one.

Everything was perfect. The staff was really friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was great. The room was very clean. No bad smell as in old hotels. The bed was comfortable, we all slept like babies )) We had everything we needed. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and we asked at the reception if they can provide us with one and they did. This hotel offers high-end service. If we will visit Ottawa again we will definitely stay at Fairfield. Only there!!! And I just want to say that I really appreciate all the hard work of the staff.

The explain on using the keys and breakfast , I did not see an attendant the whole time I was there , while most of the guest that were there took pretty much all the food I never seen the attendant replenished until at least 45 minutes later . My daughter and I only had an omelette to share. It would of been nice for the attendant to be around so those guest that take more than they should be monitor so the other guest can have their share so it’s not a constant up keep of food. We came around 730AM…

Our room was more spacious than I had expected. The sitting area was almost its own room, in addition to the bedroom area. With separate bath and shower, everything was well laid out. The pool facilities, though not large, were a great way to wind down a bit after a day of walking around the city. The breakfast had a decent variety and the eating area was spacious and clean.

We really cannot complain about the location as it designated as an airport hotel. The hotel is a bit of a distance from the central area of Ottawa. For an airport hotel, it was very quiet, perhaps because the Ottawa airport itself is not a high volume transportation hub.

The whole place was so beautiful and clean! We used the pool and hot tub and loved them! The pool was so warm it was so enjoyable. We needed extra towels and body lotion and when we called for them they came to us so quickly. All the staff we would run into or talk to were exceptionally nice! Our room was so big that it was even more space then the 3 of us needed!

One of the tvs in the room stopped working in the evening but we were just using it for music so we used the other one and it didn’t bother us at all.

The breakfast was very good! The front reception staff were great!! I met Lucia when we arrived and she was so personable. We had a great chat and would have loved to talk to her longer if I'd had the time She really is lovely. The guy who checked us out was also super friendly and a joy to interact with. From my brief encounters with both of them I'd say that they are a great asset to this hotel. We were also impressed with the security measure of needing the key card to access the different floors by elevator and/or the stairwell.

For us, everything was great.
