This motel was exceptional. From the time you walk in the door, you know something is different. Everything is spotless: lobby, stairs corridors, rooms, bathrooms. Even the breakfast room had someone checking the food and ensuring that everything was in order. Breakfast was more typical - eggs, bacon, cereals, the usual selection of bread items to toast, and a couple of good types of coffee. The staff was always smiling and friendly and very helpful for a tourist. Internet was strong, at least in our room. Bed was very comfortable, and the side chairs had castors!

A grab bar in the beautiful shower would be helpful for us older folks. And I would have liked a listing of the TV stations.

I am a YouTuber from Kuwait and Traveling with my wife. The hotel is very comfortable and we both love their breakfast. Hotel Provides us the Free Car Parking. Most of the Restaurants and Shops are very near to the Hotel. Old Town with Car only takes 20 mins. Water and Coffee are free for the Guest and it is available 24x7. This is a very good hotel for budget travelers and for Business Trips.

The only thing I do not like about this hotel is that this hotel is opposite to graveyard.

Breakfast was outstanding. The hotel cleanliness was immaculate, the staff at the desk and the maids making up the rooms were all excellent. The owner / manager Leon stopped by and we had a good chat he is an interesting fellow. Prior to my retirement I worked in the quality management systems ISO9000 business. To be successful in todays business world the business must provide four (4) things: 1. Quality of product and service; 2. Delivery of product and service, 3.) Value for the price charged and 4.) Customer Service / Satisfaction. Adam's Airport Inn excelled in all of these requirements. I highly recommend Adam's Airport Inn to any prospective customer.

All was excellent the standard sized bed was small but very comfortable.

breakfast is great, much more robust than typical free breakfast. The front desk is super friendly. Rooms are really, really clean and the beds are very comfortable. FREE PARKING.

The first time you stay here, the overt Christian messaging everywhere is a bit of a turn-offf but the facility is nice and the staff are great so you get over it fairly fast. The reason I marked the hotel down by one star is that they play praise music in the hall way 24/7 and one night i found it a little loud: front desk turned it down when I came to them at 3am to request lower volume.

The motel is excellent. A great combination of value, cleanliness and nice amenities like free coffee drinks all day and a complimentary breakfast. The room was huge and the bed comfortable. The parking is free and there were a ton of spots. The breakfast was also good - it was nice to have eggs and other hot options in addition to fruit, bread, etc.

The only real drawback is that the motel is outside of the main part of Ottawa. You know that when booking, but it probably does take about 15 minutes by car to get there.

Right from the start I knew this would be a great stay - there was lots of parking and the receptionist was very friendly! My room was nice and clean and had a nice bathtub, which I had requested. There was a lot of religious literature lying around and a Bible in my room - something I haven't seen in years. I actually stayed at this Motel about 20 years ago and they have done a great job at updating it. The bed was nice and comfy and quiet - I didn't have time to try the breakfast. Checkout was nice and simple too.I must say that this has to be one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels I have stayed at in Ottawa - its very evident that the owners and staff take great pride in their hotel - I really enjoyed my time there!

Nothing at all - it was perfect.

Was clean, comfortable and spaceous. The staff was cooperative and replied to our needs ( wake up call and taxi to the airport ). The ability to leave our cars at the hotel during our absence was a major factor in our satisfaction.

The room was extremely over heated upon our arrival and the heating continued after we reduced the temperature demanded by the wall control. It seemed that the wall control had no effect on the heating units operation. Only when we turned the unit off at it's own control panel did we suceed in reducing the temperature.

As a former supervisor and trainer for cleaning commercial facilities, I would give Adam's Airport Inn a total pass. Entrance was clean and bright. Reception staff was observed mopping the entrance floor after a busy intake. Everything was clean including elevator, corridors, large comfortable room, and washroom. The decor blended in so well and thought provoking messages on the walls and exterior sign were not only appreciated but well chosen and placed.

I'm not sure if handicap rooms are available with support and safety bars in the tub and shower location and if so that would be excellent and when we needed to book another room in Ottawa, Adam's Airport Inn would be our first choice. However, even if that is not so, we will be booking our next visit with Adam's Airport Inn.

The facility is clean, nicely decorated and very inviting. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, the beds are surprisingly (!) comfortable, and the complimentary hot drink machine in the lobby is a thoughtful addition. The location is very convenient and made for a simple and quick commute to the airport. My mother, my partner and myself agree that we would highly recommend this facility.

Nothing of concern. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay.

The facilities look new & clean. The room was a decent size for 2 people, with a small seating area. The breakfast selection was decent, with scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, yogurt, juice, etc, plus a coffee/hot chocolate machines always accessible next to the reception. All the staff we interacted with were courteous. Although the location looks far from downtown, it was fairly convenient to drive to different neighbourhoods as we explored the city.

Wish the breakfast hot items could change periodically for those with longer stay.
