The room was beautiful. Very clean, spacious and fully equipped. I also appreciated the 12:00 check out time. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this was definitely one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in!! I look forward to returning!!

The breakfast was decent. The selection and freshness of the breads and pastries was lacking. Overall I would say I’ve had better at other Marriott’s. The staff was very nice and the area was clean. I also would have liked an ice machine somewhere in the hotel I could have accessed. I wanted to fill up my water bottle with ice but there was no machine. I was told to make ice in the room but by then it was too late. The ladies at the front desk were kind enough to give me a cup of ice.

Breakfast fantastic, wide variety of options to choose from. We loved making our own waffles! what a treat!. Staff very cordial and polite, they were kind enough to allow us to stay an extra hour before checking out. Room was amazing, bed was comfortable and had more than enough space for both of us. Hotel in a nice area, lots of parking, lots of restaurants in the area. It was convenient for us as we were on a business trip and could literally walk to our conference location from the hotel. Would definitely would stay again.

The 1 Bedroom unit was a perfect choice for us as I get up early, so the separate Bedroom was good for my wife. Hot Breakfast is always a sign of a great hotel just wish they would have served Bacon. Location was very good, you can get to just about anywhere in Ottawa or Gatineau in about 30 Minutes. The underground parking was perfect for the weather they had at this time of year, and it's FREE.

The only major issue was that the mattress was a bit stiff and the fitted sheet was too small and kept coming off in the middle of the night, very frustrating.

The suite is huge, with full kitchen and full size fridge. I would say the size of the unit is larger than many typical condo unit, which is very impressive. All room amenities are well maintained and clean. Good impression in general.

The breakfast is a bit on the bad side. The egg is good, but meat options are either so untasty or even unfresh. The bread is really dry and hard to chew. That really needs some improvements. The fridge is also a bit too noisy, noiser than the furnace.

The size of the suite was great. Plenty of room. Loved having the kitchen with the full-sized fridge. The breakfast was wonderful. Great selection. Loved the waffle maker and the boiled eggs. Sorry, the scrambled eggs were too runny for me. We would definitely stay here again. The price of the room was very reasonable for what you get.

A bit scary making the downward sharp turn into the parking garage when the outdoor spaces were full. But we appreciated having free parking and being able to access the hotel without having to go outside on a rainy day.

King Studio Suites bathrooms were TEENSY WEENSY !! The door almost hit the toilet just walking in!! Pool extremely small. Gluten free bread at breakfast was a yucky high-carb not-healthy brand that tasted like sawdust!! Should switch to "Promise" brand which is waaaay better and good for Diabetics too (who are mindful of net carbs).

great location, nice rooms with kitchen

early breakfast is very disappointing. On Sunday be ready to get up earlier to be in time for breakfast. We came at 9:30am and should fight 😀 for the last yogurt, last pieces of melon etc. Coffee and milk stand was taken away at 10am exactly. The concept is good for connection flights and for 1-night stay.

Excellent location, close to the airport with several local stores and restaurants around. Suites were spacious and the staff was very courteous and responsive.

Breakfast service was a tad slower than expected with several items running out regularly, but that could have been as it was a pretty busy time!

Staff were super friendly. There is lots of parking (free), good breakfast (free). Room was quiet (except for 5am snow plows grrr), comfortable, and large. In-room kitchen was terrific and clean. Exercise room and pool area were great, lots of weights.

Hotels with pools should offer bathrobes to get to the pool area. It’s always a little awkward.

Close to Alta Vista area. Underground parking. Breakfast included.

Air conditioning very noisy. Had to turn it off at night. Refrigerator ice machine also noisy / had to shut bedroom door to sleep. Although the unit was very clean, the underside of the bath mat had mildew, which I pointed out in a note for cleaning staff.
