We stayed for 2 nights and the stay was great! Clean rooms, friendly staff. The rooms are big comparing to other hotels. Decent breakfast with choices of scrambled eggs, ham, baked bean, pancakes, toast, fruits, cereal. The only issue is that the available table to sit to have the breakfast are not that many, so it happened to us that we couldn't find a table to sit, but one lady from the hotel opened the meeting room for us to sit. So, they have thought of that when there are a lot of people, so it isn't really an issue. I would stay again in the hotel the next time we visit the area.

We found a small cockroach cockroach on the floor, but I suppose this doesn't mean that the hotel room wasn't clean.

The hotel has been renovated, it's very nice. The breakfast had a variety of options, the rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom is stocked with Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, and creams.

I didn't like that I made the reservation well in advance, however, I was given a room on the first floor where I could hear the noise. There was a festival in Ottawa, and because of this, there were many young people. In the early morning, they had loud music playing, which didn't allow me to rest. They should make clear rules regarding the prohibition of music at certain hours to avoid inconveniencing guests. I had an unpleasant night because of this.

I liked everything. The Breakfast was great and staying 3 nights it wasn't always the same. Our room got cleaned everyday and fresh towels. My son and I even went down to the lobby to play cards at night. Enough towels at the pool and a nice patio just off the pool and you could get access from the lobby. The staff we encountered were always friendly.

Modern and clean. Price was good for friday night. Son enjoyed the pool

Room was hot even with air and fan was very noisy. And elevator didnt come up to 3rd from for some reason. So we had to take the stairs. Was okay for us . But if you were elderly disable or small children would not be good. Hall ways were very hot too

The staff were personable and did their utmost to accommodate needs. It was a very comfortable place to stay. There were several restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle service was excellent.

I had tried to contact the hotel via telephone , prior to check in, several times without success.

The complimentary breakfast was good, I do, however, wish that there were potato wedges and maybe bacon or sausage instead of just ham and baked beans. Also wishing there was a hot tub.

Everything was good: very clean hotel, including rooms (but they need to make deeper cleaning) and bathroom. Friendly and helpful personnel. Very comfortable bed and large room. Breakfast was also very good too, enough variety.

They haven't been made deeper cleaning on rooms.

The staff was extremely helpful since they offered a very special day to my Dad since we celebrated his birthday at the Hotel during breakfast. Thank you again!

Prices for water and sodas are not clearly stated, so each day we payed different for water and sodas.

Everything else was excellent! Best hotel we've stayed at.

Eggs could have had more flavor. 2 bath towels left for a 3 person reservation. It should automatically be 1 towel per person so we didn't have to ask for another towel every day.

No waters for the guest is a very bad gesture To go complimentary breakfast was disappointing they need to give guest options on to go menus to choose what they would prefer to have on the go!
