The only thing I have to mention was what happened the last day when I was having breakfast at the diner. The waitress was very impatient and kept asking me if I had finished and were ready to pay, which was so annoyingly insulting that I even doubted myself if I looked like poor or eat-and-run or something. I didn't tip her of course. I was feeling very pushed and was asked for like thrice or more. Other than this incident everything almost perfect!

They refuse to give me a receipt when booking though Booking.com When I was 10minute past 11am the front desk called the room and told us we where to be out 10 minutes ago. I had Shuttle service picking me up at 11:30 and pre inform the hotel that I would be a few minutes past eleven booking out. They assured me it would not be a problem. I was surprised by the attitude. This was my fourth visit there and never had a problem in the past Leaving booking in or getting a receipt

Clean, , quiet spacious room. Restaurant on site has a great menu with delicious vegetarian options. Close to airport, with 24 hr shuttle service. Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff.

Not being able to pre-book an early morning shuttle to airport for a 4:15 am departure meant I factored in time for a possible delay in shuttle arriving and was not as well rested with the worry of that. The shuttle was ordered when I checked out and took twenty minutes to arrive.

We were stranded at Ottawa airport I used Booking.com to book our room then phoned the hotel for pick up The driver was there with in 15 minutes Check in was a breeze When the driver took us back to the airport to retrieve our car. We told him about are battery being drained He told us to go to The Airport Authority and that they have a battery pack The driver came back to check up on us to make sure that everything was going . This driver was a life saver so friendly and helpful

The front desk staff were pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. The food was good value for the money as well.

The transportation to the airport was problematic for our morning flight. We had to get up early for our flight and the usual shuttle was not working. They had an SUV which would have been adequate but there were too many people needing to travel that morning.

Didn't have breakfast, but should have been included in the higher price point. Food ordered at room service was excellent.

I checked online pricing but rate was approximately $100 more when I booked. Very disappointed. Room was lovely and clean but very large. I expect it was because it was on the ground floor? Still don't know what I was actually billed.

I found the staff to be very helpful at the check in counter even though they were super busy they served with a smile and were extremely polite..

We took 2 queensize bed rooms. The room was extremely clean but I think they could have put another chair in there. We had a chair and a desk chair, Also would have been nice to have an outside pool.

Location awesome as attended LPGA event at Ottawa Hunt Club. Meals were delicious. Friendly Staff and fantastic service, from all hotel employees.

Small refrigerator in room strange to open, piece of wood overhanging the door. Fridge moved in cabinet when opening. Freezer didn’t freeze well, ice packs in for three days and were not frozen when ready to leave the hotel. Also, struggled with temperature in room, couldn’t get it to cool down in the evening.

Staff were all very friendly, professional and very accommodating. Comfiest beds, especially pillows. Hotel was very clean and lots of covid pre-cautions in place, which helped put us at ease for our first trip away from home in several years. We felt especially at ease that the pool area had a scheduling system in order to control number of guests using the facilities at one given time. Room size was very spacious. Restaurant inside hotel was fantastic, both with friendly and helpful staff and food was impeccable (best onion rings we ever had). One of our nicest hotel experiences (pre-covid we were very seasoned travelers). We're so proud and impressed by the staff and overall experience, as it is also a local hotel for us.

Hot tub was lukewarm and wished there was an extra bath towel rack for the bathroom.

there was renovation happening and the rearrangement of the main entrance was not suitable for Hotel like Hilton Garden because I stayed at Hilton in Colombo Sri Lanka in December where everything was excellent. I hope they will do good decor after the renovation
