Lovely place, the room is clean and big with a well equiped kitchen. All necessary stuff is in the room, we like it ! The place is very calm even if it is near the airport! We also like the free parking. Breakfast is good and the menu is changing everyday! Staff is very kind and helpful. We will come again 🙂👍🏻

Small improvements can be added during the breakfast : more dried fruits like almonds, gogi, and fresh red fruits like strawberries, blueberries and rapsberries with the waffles. Also that would be so nice if pancakes can be added too 🙂. That would make it so perfect 🔥

perfect for our family, we were 3 adult and 2 toddlers, and we fit largelly in the room. the kitchen inside the room is well equiped for making small meal. the leanving room is pretty big too and the bedroom with the 2 beds are large. bathroom was clean. the pool was perfect for us. we were the only one using it the 2 times we went there. and the odor of chlorine is light enough so we are not troubled by it.

i found the bed too soft, but it's just my taste. still we slept well. rooms could have been a bit more soundproof, from time to time we could hear the people in the room above walking and running.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. Excellent rooms interior design. The rooms have everything you might need for the most comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a table for 2-4 people. The pool is clean and big enough to enjoy a late night swim in peace and quiet. The staff is really helpful and responsive. I’ll be back for sure!

The only things I would improve are: 1) add a disposable shower cap in rooms, and 2) add more fresh fruit in breakfast buffet (pre-cut).

The property was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. I appreciated that when I went downstairs in the morning I didn’t see all the cleaning supplies and carts all cluttered in the hallway. For that I thank you.

The parking lot. There were many parking spots that where deep in snow and you couldn’t park in them without damaging the car. On a positive note you did have ample parking. Thank you

Exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed. Good location close to airport with shuttle. Complete breakfast.

Air conditioning had a bit of a damp smell to it, which seemed to be covered up by an overpowering scent booster in the room - which smelled good, but was a little much for my senses.

Very nice clean facilities. Large rooms, lots of space, great two room suites. Pool was warm.

The beds were terrible. Small, uncomfortable and they even used a mattress cover as the comforter... Also be sure to be at breakfast on time, the staff turn out the lights and put stuff away 5 mins before closing time.

Love the place with kitchenette, good size room, and the full size fridge , 20 minutes drive to downtown Ottawa. The breakfast excellent variety to choose with fresh fruits and beverages.

The curtain is not fully close to darken the room so early morning u can see the bright sunshine if u want to sleep in u can't! In some hotel sometimes they let u check in early but this hotel u have to wait 3pm.

Room was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Bed was soft and uncomfortable. Breakfast was inconsistent plus some items weren't well stocked (such as yogurt).

They seemed low staffed during our stay. When calling house keeping we had to always go to the lobby to retrieve what we needed due to there not being anyone available to bring up to room.

All was very excellent

Two minor items. 1 bed felt a little soft on one side. 2 there’s some swelling with entry door. Was very stiff opening n closing.
